Warning:

Golden Palace sends Halloween offer of 100% to their users.

When you ask the telefon support, they say you are entitled to get the bonus and it will be credited automatically (with knowing of the accNo).

After you deposited, they say you are NOT entitled to this bonus.

They just want your money I think.

Hands OFF..

Well,

after 20 min of telefon talk they gave me the bonus now for "exception".

I think it is because I really ASKED the tel support before depositing and got the wrong info.

They could have avoided theese posts, if they had given me the bonus yesterday.

And in my opinion Golden Palace is a good casino that always pays! It is much much better than the Fortune Lounge, Playshare and Casino Rewards casinos with their "bonus abuse" and "wrong style of play" shit. These casinos are just bad businesses so they don't have money to pay their winners. Golden Palace is a good business.

They also tricked me with this bonus. I got the mail, deposited $500 and called them for the bonus. The support told me that I had to reply the mail. I replyd and afters 3 days I got a mail back that I was not(??) entitled for the bonus.

I think it's just a stupid trick to let people deposit large sums of money and hoping they start playing without the bonus...

There are some players who are still waiting for their money that was confiscated in 2000 for "bonus abuse", see for example, http://wizardofodds.com/casinos/golpalstatement.html .

Then there were the streakers. GP felt that they had the right to disrupt major sporting events and ruin some people's chance to win an Olympic gold medal just to get some free exposure on TV. They continued even after promising Kahnawake Gaming Commission not to do it again.

But your story is seven years old. Fortune Lounge and Casino Rewards , fully supported by Ecogra, rob players every day. And my 3 years old experience with Golden Palace shows me that they always pay the players. Yes , they may refuse the bonus, but if they give you the bonus- they honour it. Not like some Microgaming casinos who promote their bonuses whatever way they can and don't pay you when you win.

You may have been paid, even the scummiest casinos must pay a large proportion of their players. People from 7 years ago have not been paid yet. I don't think there is a way of compensating the athletes who took part in the competitions that were interrupted by GP's streakers, even if GP offered to pay.

I think GP is a great casino, Ive never got a problem with them in the past..
But I do admit that their Halloween bonus was a bit too much.
I think the manager of GP kinda underestimated everything. I mean, come on... everyone can clear such a bonus +ev with their wager rules...,
so I guess they simply underestimated it, because this is almost like giving away free money.
However it remains a good casino imo..
Just my 2 cents..
