wild jack casino tells me to" seek professional help from a computer specialist"

The other day for my birthday, wild jack casino credited my account with 10.00, which was a very nice thought. I decided to play the Osbourne slots because they were new and wasn't winning much and I was really excited when I got the 3 dogs and 10 free spins. My excitement was very short lived when all of a sudden the game just froze and never began my free spins. I exited the casino and re-entered and now when I tried to play the osbourne slots it wouldn't let me back in at all. I tried accessing other games and I was able to do that with no problems, so I emailed customer support which promises a response withing 3 hours. The next day, I received an email from the casino advising me to check my firewall, delete my cookies, and check my computers security level setting, upon completion of any changes I make, restart my computer. I did all of that and still the osbourne slot game was the only one that I could not access at the casino. Long story short.. 3 days later I receive a letter from technical support at the casino telling me how to dump my computer and if in fact I did not know how to do this procedure, I needed to contact a computer specialist that could assist me. First of all.. the casino never thought that the problem could be on their end or nobody else has experienced this same problem? Second- why not credit my account so that I can play something else because I clearly stated that the osbourne slot was the ONLY game that wouldn't allow me to enter - Third- why not just put some credits in my casino account and make me a happy customer, knowing that I never cash out, rather than insulting a faithful customer of this casino to the point that I may never deposit there again? I guess the casino has enough customers that losing one doesn't matter!

This has happened before, with Hitman. It is an MG problem at the server end when you cannot "refresh state" when attempting to reload the game.
If it was your end, then a reboot would unfreeze the local graphics processing.
If it were Firewall/Security related then ALL games would freeze or become inaccessible.
Earlier, a player reported a similar issue with Cashville.

There have also been software problems that go in the favour of PLAYERS, and these are most certainly treated as being at "their end".
ANY game series that exhibits such problems SHOULD be looked at by MG, as the bug that annoys may hide an exploit that could be discovered & cost casinos a fortune (and I don't mean "bonus abuse", I am thinking more along the lines of what has happened with some UK Fruit Machines).

Numerous software bugs & "easter eggs" set by programmers that allow the machines to be systematically emptied by certain playing patterns. Possible because UK Fruit Machines are not random.

There are STILL live emptier methods for current machines, but the industry now fixes them within days, rather than weeks

The new £500 machines are random (or nearly so), but there have been rumours of methods for these too - mostly exploits around the note changers.

The commonest (and easiest to spot by the attendant) method was to swich off the machine while it was counting the jackpot, or other large win. This win would be paid when the machine was switched back on, but would not have been correctly tallied by the software stabilizer routines (the software that "rigs" the games to a set percentage). Doing this repeatedly causes the machine to pay more than 100% till empty.

If such a bug were to appear at an online casino, the amount "emptied" could have no limits, although greed would ensure that security would spot something fishy going on, especially on a new account.
