I signed up last month and played a bit. Came back this month and checked with live support before depositing to confirm my eligibility for the promo. They claimed there is no monthly bonus and I must be reading a stale page. Loading the page from different comps gives the same results.

Anyone else play here and get the monthly bonus? How can CS be so obtuse as to not see the bonus clearly listed on their site?

I could just be drunk but aren't they part of the Kiwi group, who as a result of a recent lawsuit has to sell their operation?

FastWin has always had a monthly 100% to 100 credit bonus. Recently, the terms changed to make the bonus not worth bothering with, and also they are no longer run by a respected New Zealand land casino group, but by an online entity based somewhere in the far east. I think it might be the Phillipines, but not sure.
They may well be going downhill, and I hope that Bryan has reviewed their accredited status since the sale, otherwise they are accredited under the standards of the former operators.

Hmm, I'm not sure if was a lawsuit. I think it had to do with New Zealand's Christchurch casino was told that there were unable to legally provide a casino operation online, so they sold this to InterContinental Casinos Ltd.

I've been watching them since, and things seem to be going fine .I don't think anyone has complained about anything until now. Thanks for the heads up though.

I used to have an account with them - they used to give a monthly match on your first deposit of the month of $50 or more, it was automatic unless you had signed up to not receive bonuses. Sorry I don't have any recent experiences though.

Stale Page eh!

It's STILL advertising the monthly, and this is TWO WEEKS after the initial complaint was responded to by telling the player it was a "stale page".

Surely they need to be seriously reconsidered as an accredited site if they cannot even have the correct terms on their site after what is implied is a month or more after the change.
I think it is more than a month, as my last £100 deposit at the beginning of August (or was it July even) did not receive the expected automatic bonus. I won with it though (£500) and then turned my comps into a further £200. No problem getting paid, but it does seem that some standards are on the slide. This makes me wary, so I have stopped playing there for now.

Could be that the CS was lying, but again, still a reason to reconsider status before more complaints of the "why are they accredited when they...." appear.

To be continually advertising this bonus is outright deception, accreditation should be revoked as far as I'm concerned.
