Maxima Casino refused to pay out my 2600 EUR

I won some money 2600 EUR on Maxima Casino and I had been wagered enough to met the wagering requirements.
Before my withdraw request I had checked the terms and conditions again and I asked Live Chat Support, too, to know if I met all the requirements. I saw I met, and Live Support confirmed that, too. I requested my withdraw, and 10 hours and 33 minutes LATER terms and conditions had been changed: suddenly my country appeared on the exceptional countries list. Players from the exceptional countries should wager 99 times the amount of the bonus plus the deposit and only slots are counted. It is actually equivalent to loosing all of my money...
Luckily I HAVE SCREENSHOTS about all the original terms and conditions as well as about the exact time of the changing of their webpageI have contacted Maxima Casino several times, I explained the situation and I have sent them many screenshots to prove: TC were changed after my withdraw. I NEVER got any answer from Maxima except one email in the very beginning, which ignored everything I had written and simply repeated the new TC.Live Chat Support promised me several times I would be answered by email, but it never happened. I never get any answer neither from the Cashier nor the manager, even though Live Chat Support asked me to contact directly them.Nobody from Maxima Casino tried at least to dispute or refute the fact: TC were changed AFTER my withdraw request, and the time I made my withdraw I was 100% qualified to cashout all my winnings. I suppose they didnt try to refuse because they saw all of my screenshots and they realised I have many proofs. It seems they know very well: TC were modified after my withdraw and not before.

Maxima is not too shy to use the FU clause - we steal ur winnings.

    Lose? We keep your winnings.

They have been put to the rogue lists for stealing winnings and not responding to queries. Maxima casino belongs to the Rogueville and is a fine example.

Those guys still can find out nice jokes )) 2 days ago I sent an email to Maxima to inform them I was going to write their nice stealing-methods on some important casino forum. And Voila! They answered me!! (The first time actually) And they offered me - guess what - 150 EUR bonus, which is sticky bonus, can be played only on slots and must be wagered 99 times and - Maxima joke - maximum cashout is 100 EUR.
And in the email they admitted they changed the T&C AFTER my withdraw. Nice bussiness: we steal your 2600 EUR and we give you 100 EUR - but only if you are extremly lucky!!!

Should I cry or should I laugh???

this casino used to have in its terms "no withdrawals allowed" on bonuses.

    No joke.

Now they just have the minor difficulty of their entire customer/email database having been compromised and used to send out emails saying that they are going bust.....

My sympathies are with Maxima. If the rumour is true, ie that they are going bust, the blame should rest with stubborn players who are unwilling to forego their legitimate winnings leaving the casino without a steady cashflow. If the rumour is false, which is the more likely scenario, the casino can rightfully calaim that its financial base is very solid as all players were very understanding and none wanted to initiate any withdrawals in fear of rocking their financial boat.

There is another thread of this subject running.

According to Maxima they sacked some employees who also had access to the e-mail lists and possibly to other data as well. On their last work day they stole the e-mails and started spamming the players.

    Verrry professional.
