Coral Group - how many more months til bonus code works?

Been struggling for months here now, with Gala Casino & Coral - their bonus codes haven't worked for ages...and you get all sorts of answers from staff. Some tell you to enter the code, then will be added later. So you do, losing loads - then they tell you that you must have never entered it. Some insist they cant credit it manually - but then you read on the net how other people's accounts have been. All rather grating, their completely unhelpful replies - when I've lost nearly a £grand between their sportsbook and casino this summer - suppose it's pennies to a big4 op like their's.

They are now claiming to me it's all Chartwell's fault - any one else had the same problem, and how can we hassle Chartwell? Why is it so difficult for Chartwell to fix this, after x months?

Your grand was probably the equivalent to the paychecks for 5 CSRs. Talk about competency.

When I entered the sign-up bonus code at Coral, the bonus appeared at the player profile as "pending bonus". In their terms it says that it will be credited within 30 minutes, but a day passed and it was still pending. I sent them messages, e-mails, and they said that it will be added. I had to call them, and finally after 4-5 days they added it as withdrawable.

Yesterday I entered the monthly bonus code at Coral, but no "pending bonus" was added. After wagering 1 pound, I immediatelly withdraw my deposit, as I foresaw that I had to call them again and wait for days, hoping that they will add it. So I forgot about it.

Gala and Coral have a shared account, if you noticed, and your account appears at both casinos. So I do not risk to try to get the Gala sign-up bonus as well. The terms say that people found with multiple accounts are going to be banned. Besides that, I want to use a credit card for depositing,
(I dont like the charges of Neteller and bank wire) and if I try to open a new account with the same payment method, it will be declined. And I think I have to open a new account to get the sign-up bonus, since you have to enter the bonus code during registration. I also think that the account I had originally opened at Gala, was closed for some reason. Complicated hah? I know, that's why I stay away.

Also, Gala never responed to my e-mails, whereas Coral did reply.

Another scary point is that a lot of chartwell casinos have closed to the public recently, as mentioned somewhere in the site of beatingbonuses.com
I wonder what happed to the people's money and what that says about chartwell casinos. However, I am not worried that the Gala group will close down and dissapear, as they have a large land based chain of casinos in UK, so its a very big business.

I lost 8,000 pounds at Gala land based casinos, and then they banned me!Land based casinos Napoleons and Palm Beach have also banned me, obviously because I was counting the cards. How's that for being fair or fair business? They let you lose thousands and when they see that you know how to win, they bann you. Yes, you can take them to court if you are rich. But if you are poor, you cannot sue anybody! That's what court "justice" means! This has to change. All legal costs of everyone should be paid by the state. However, I will take them to court if I ever be wealthy enough.
I have attended some legal lessons in the past in a college in UK, and I am certain that this "exclusion clause" that allows them to bann you whenever they like without providing a reasonable reason, is contradictory to other laws of fair trade.

The same thing with the bonuses. If you make a profit after these bonuses, they can call you "bonus abuser". If you read the forums, you can see that they claim this "bonus abuse" as an excuse not to pay the winners. These players made quite big bets, so it was clearly not a case of "bonus abuse".
Of course online casinos are out of the reach of law, so they only thing you can do is write in forums about what happened and warn other players.

But the thing that concerns me the most, is whether all online casinos cheat sometimes altering the outcomes of the random number ganerators. I have statistical evidence of many of them cheated me (with a more than 95% statistical confidence), but I cannot start a new thread in casinomeister to show my results and argue this matter further, due to bad reputation points
(beacuse I dared to provide argumentation that all pokerooms are cheating at poker). I only posted these results (which are of a chartwell casino): http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...nis-match.html

I have played at Coral, and the Chartwell bonus system holds the bonus as "pending" till the WR have been completed, at which point it is added to your bankroll and can be immediately withdrawn. I have not played recently, but I have not heard of any changes. Adding the bonus this way prevents one form of "advantage play", namely the big bet & grind.

Your habit of going on a "rant rampage", as again here, may be why you have -4 rep points and cannot start new threads.
Results from one pokerroom cannot be used to show that "all pokerrooms are cheating".
We accept that there is SOME cheating software out there, and even major brands are questioned, but there has to be good supporting evidence for any accusations of cheating - a descriptive and speculative rant is most unscientific, and does little for your reputation.

With the Coral bonus code problem, the correct reply to Coral is that you will deposit again one month after you have proof the problem is fixed, AND any past missing bonuses have been credited. If enough players did this, they might feel the need to act with more urgency.

If Gala and Coral share a Chartwell casino, it is NOT APPROPRIATE to look for loopholes in order to claim both SUBs, this will only lead to trouble. ONLY open a fresh account with written confirmation from the relevant CS that this is allowed. Getting, and winning with, any SUB is no good if the casino doesn't pay.

No, they dont have the same chartwell casino. They are two different casinos. Even Eurobet belongs to Gala casinos (or "the Coral group" if you prefer), but I think the accounts are not "shared" with the other two. I borrowed the phrase "shared account" from Aka23's website beatingbonuses.com. What I meant is that the accounts you have in one of them appears in the software of the other, as I saw.

Actually once I logged into Coral with my Gala username and password, but when I did it again the system said "we are a different casino"! Then I tried to log into Gala, and it did not recognise it! They obviously closed that account. But I can log in into Gala with my Coral username and password! Lol.
    It's an unclear situation.

I will not continue the argumentation regarding cheating in this thread.

    It's a rather WORRYING situation
IF the casinos are truly independent this should never happen. It looks rather like these ARE the same casino (as in same server), but accessed through different skins as with the "White Label" situation. This effectively means each of two different casinos have access to your personal information registered on the other (even if this just triggers the error). It KNOWS the username is valid on the other skin, rather than just being non-existent.
This is something Chartwell needs to clarify, and something that Bryan might ask about next time he meets up with them at one of the shows.

Completely different casino software - yet both places co-incidentally have had unresolved bonus issue problems since the spring.

First of all I like this forum very much. It is a meaningful creation. Actually I have no more experience in the online casino. Can you advice me to get one account.

Hi peter this thread was started well over a year ago. Your best bet would be to log into this group of casinos and see if they have live chat going.
