Advice please

I just made a fill up dispute form on eCOGRA, complaining on one of the casinos.
Could one of seniors here advice me if it is allowed to post that case here in public or to keep it private while dispute is process?

I am not a senior but it is advisable to keep things quiet while Ecogra is investigating the case.

Making disputes pubic may hamper any negotiation that might need to be made. I believe eCOGRA disregards complaints that are hashed out in public. I would be patient and wait untill you've heard from Tex and what her findings are.
