Eurogrand Casino - Purposely Misleading Bonus Terms

Eurogrand looks to have a cashable 2nd and 3rd deposit bonus but apparently they are actually phantoms.. I've had one CS confirm the bonuses are cashable, another claim the opposite. After numerous emails they are insisting the bonuses are phantom despite their t&c's. Judge for yourself....

    Issuing First Deposit Bonus Policy

This Welcome Bonus will be given only once per person, etc...

Please note that the First Deposit bonuses given are only for wagering purposes. Bonuses will be automatically removed from players' accounts after a withdrawal request.

Please note that only bets placed on all sorts of Slots games (not include Progressive Slots) do fulfill the player's obligations with regard to the minimum wagering requirements.

In the interest of fair gaming, you must wager blah blah...

If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.

    Issuing 2nd & 3rd Deposit Bonus Policy

In the interest of fair gaming, you must wager etc...

Bets placed in the games of ......do not fulfill players obligations with regards to the minimum wagering requirements.

Please note that regardless of the wagering requirements mentioned above, the following players (defined as: exceptional groups) have to fulfill the following wagering requirements:

players depositing with £ and are not from the United Kingdom, must wager at least fifty (50) times their deposit and bonus amount before making any cash out etc......

Please note that for players which defined as exceptional groups, the bonuses given are only for wagering purposes. Bonuses will be automatically removed from players' accounts, which defined as exceptional groups, after a withdrawal request.

If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.
So they specifically state the 1st deposit bonus is phantom, and single out certain exceptional players for which the 2nd and 3rd bonuses are phantom. As long as one does not not fall under the "exceptional" tag, loooks to me as the 2nd & 3rd bonuses should be construed as cashable.

These guys made a mockery of themselves with such terms. One can logically conclude that since its neither a first deposit bonus nor do you belong to the exceptional group, the bonus must be cashable. Playtech bonuses are really crazy. Some are cashable, some are phantom and some non-cashable ie its only removed after the completion of the withdrawal process (normally 4 working days) so in the interim you can use it to win more without affecting your pending withdrawal.

For completeness, here is the entire list defined as "exceptional groups"

    * players depositing with £ and are not from the United Kingdom, must wager at least fifty (50) times their deposit and bonus amount before making any cash out.

    * players depositing with $/€ and are from the United Kingdom, must wager at least twenty five (25) times their deposit and bonus amount before making any cash out.

    * players depositing with € who are from North America must wager at least fifty (50) times their deposit and bonus amount before making any cash out.

    * players who are from the following countries: Russia, Netherlands, Greece, South Korea, China, Macau, Brazil - must wager at least a hundred (100) times their deposit and bonus amount, regardless the currency the player choose to use in his account in the casino, before making any cash out.

On a separate note, they also spam. I have never played at this site nor even visited their site when I started receiving unsolicited email from them a few months ago.

Was surprised when I saw this was a Playtech Casino.

This group has a history of giving inconsistent bonus offers. When I looked into this ~6 months ago, different players seemed to get redirected to pages showing different offers. I see the page http://www.eurogrand.com/en/promotions/1/341.html , which shows the 300% bonus in the 3rd deposit. Other player see a page which shows the 300% bonus on the 1st deposit. The redirects may relate to country. Offering different bonuses to players in different countries is not a big deal. The problems come in the cases where the bonus the player is given doesn't match the terms he sees and instead match a different set of terms. In addition to the 1st deposit / 3rd deposit differences, for some there are cashable / non-cashable differences and allowed game differences.

Other casinos in this group include:
    32 Vegas
    Amber Coast
    Aqua Lounge
    Joyland
    Sky Kings

Search their names in the forums for more information about their history.
