Since online gambling is technically illegal in Israel (and now being enforced with more zeal), it may be that the Israeli ISPs are blocking off gambling related E-mail through "spam" filtering to prevent casinos from attracting new players.
Hype have done themselves no favours by leaving a number of players and affiliates in the lurch during the big dispute between the former owners and the software licensors. It is the resolution of this continuing problem with Hype casinos that needs to be resolved by introducing some form of player protection should the new owners go under as did Inchilli and "old Hype".
