    Angry hype casino doesn't pay the meister doesn't help

    hello
    i cashed in 2000$ at Hype Casino on the 9/3 but i have yet to recieve them.
    the casino used all the excuses like they want documents but then they don't accepst them and then they tell you the money should arrive soon and then again ask you to send documents and so on.
    i got tired from it and sent a "Pitch a bitch" to the meister on the 15/4 but so far he hasn't done nothing to help me.
    even though i sent him a reminder i have recieved no response from him what so ever.
    so what is all the fuss about this PAB thing?
    if you can't help people don't tell them to send a PAB and meanwhile avoid posting thier compliants at the forum.

    I responded on 23 April telling you I was looking into this.

    Tristan responded on the 24th saying he was looking into this as well. I sent a reminder to him on the 27th and then on the 22nd of May - then they came back on the 27th of May with this:

    HYPE RESPONSE

    I had our team check for Mr S__ and am embarrased to say thay it highlighted an area in our systems that caused him to be placed in a holding bay. We were receiving Fraud from Israel and when his ID came in our staff sent of the iD to have it translated, the ID did not get back to us and as such the loop was not closed.

    We have a new procedure in palce to check for ID being returned from the Translator on this.

    Mr S__ has since been contacted and everything should proceed smoothly now.


    Brian I hope that since the issues are now resolved we may be able to have Hype removed from the "not Recommened" list.

    If Elad never received any of these E-mails, he would not know that this issue was already resolved.
    Elad should check his chosen method of payment, allowing at least 21 days from the responce from Hype that payment had been made, and if nothing shows contact the Hype rep & refer to this thread.

    Since online gambling is technically illegal in Israel (and now being enforced with more zeal), it may be that the Israeli ISPs are blocking off gambling related E-mail through "spam" filtering to prevent casinos from attracting new players.
    Hype have done themselves no favours by leaving a number of players and affiliates in the lurch during the big dispute between the former owners and the software licensors. It is the resolution of this continuing problem with Hype casinos that needs to be resolved by introducing some form of player protection should the new owners go under as did Inchilli and "old Hype". This is detailed in the thread "The Hype Pipe"

    Yes, I assumed he had done that after hearing nothing. He should now check his payment methods for the payments, and ask Hype when & where it was paid.

    that was the only message i recieved from him. all the developments described by Bryan here were unknown for me.
    however i don't expect too much from this Tristan fellow .
    i sent myself a message to Tristan on the 21/4 but he ignored me.
    anyway his excuses to Bryan are quite ridiculous.
    how come a translation of one document takes two months?
    how come they even need to translate my passport ID when it is written in English, not only Hebrew?
    bunch of lies, that what it is all about.

    If you read between the lines, it looks like you were flagged for "special investigation" due to alot of fraud coming out of Israel at the time. There was then a management lapse, which lead to no-one taking charge of following up why your documents had not been returned by the translator. Perhaps if you had not been flagged, the English version alongside the Hebrew would have been enough.
    Since they say you have now been paid, all you need to find out from them is when and where to. Check on "when"+21 days, and if no money has turned up, you can have reason to doubt that the truth has been told.
    There are an increasing number of cases where poor tracking has lead to players being told they have been paid, when in fact they have not. This is mainly affecting US players at present, but recent enforcement in Israel may be leading to similar difficulties.
