Hello guys

Listed to this.

Last month i deposited 45 dollars and got 45 in bonus at Playboy casino. But after just a few hands i lost all my founds. the deposit including the bonus. This month i decided to claim the monthly bonus. i depoited and got the bonus as usual.. But my bonus since May was still there so when i played i wagerd for a bonus i did�t have... so after wgaering over 2000 dollars, i have�t stil wagerd at the june bonus.... Now they are requesting me to wager the June bonnus, this meants that i need to wager totally 4500 dollars for a 45 dollars bonus... This is totally silly... Lets say if i lost 3 months in a row... Do i need to wager over 8000 dollars at the foth month in order to claim the bonus... Any input is grately appreciated

What can i do ?

But isn't it that, e.g. now, you deposit 45, get 45 - and then as soon as you finish your wagering for the May bonus you should be able to withdraw 90 - i.e. in order to be able to withdraw some of the June bonus you need to wager less than the full bonus amount.

Sure, there's a problem if you have a big win, as you'll have to clear all the uncompleted bonuses to be able to withdraw your full balance, but apart from that it's not such a bad system.

*I could be completely wrong here*

How can a casino be on the accredited list if they carry over WR from a bonus that you lost everything on?

IE: You should only be held to the WR of the current bonus if you zero'd out your account from the previous bonus.

That would be great advice if the casino in question wasn't accredited...

I thought people would be safe at an accredited casino, but I guess I was wrong?

Not to mention the fact that there's nothing in the T&C that says the WR carries over from month to month.

Well, I bust out there last month, and the wagering didn't carry over, so I've no idea what the problem is supposed to be - I have no complaints or problems.

Has anyone emailed the support????

Gendif, did you make sure to bust out every penny or did you have a small amount in your account. If you had, that could be the problem.

Carrying over the WR is just to keep bonus hunters away because of they bust out twice it's not good for them anymore to play the bonus.. Normal players will wager much more then needed normally so won't have any problems..

At least that's what I think it is intended for..

If you like to play regular slots.

I always deposit, play and if I lose my deposit, then I claim the bonus. Still have to wager deposit and bonus, but its a second chance

But if I win on my deposit, I don't claim the bonus and cashout with no wagering requirments.

You don't have to claim the bonus before depositing like most rtg's

I think we all understand this. The question is, what's in the T&C?
