First of all. I do NOT enjoy ice-hockey!! LoL
Secondly I AM A GIRL NOT A BOY, silly...... so the swedish blonde ladies chat you purposed wont work... I am one of the swedish blonde ladies, myself.. LoL

If everybody was thinking like you do (no offense tristan) then nothing in this world would ever be questioned when misstreated. Horrible thought. You have to fight for justice!! even though your odds are not that big.
this is my belief. And one day ONE MAN/WOMAN can make a difference. Dont know if it will make any difference in my case. But I HAVE TO TRY as I said before..

Update: I have now gotten my withdrawel. But still the loyalty account is locked. So today I have sent a dispute mediation to EGOGRA for yukon gold. Not gotten any response yet. But I give you the results when I get there.

ps. by the way tristan is INDIA still under the British government or...????

Well, E-mail is free, so battle away - just don't spend more than "10 lousy weak US dollars" by giving them further deposits unless they agree IN WRITING to unlock the account.
Best bet is to log in once a month to see if it is unlocked, it seems they do this to get you back depositing again.
If Casino Rewards buy a casino that you have played a great deal before, they will send you a keyring and make you VIP.
They did this to me a while back, and have started giving out 100% and 50% bonuses, which they don't normally do.
They have also made mistakes leading to +EV promotions (assuming they honour them).
Recently, they offered 20% of the total wager back on one of the minor progressives for the top 20 wagerers. This results in a seriously +EV situation, although mitigated by the fact it is bonus money, and loyalty points are also bonus money.
The advantage play would have been to set the slot to very fast autoplay, deposit a grand, and let it roll for the 24 hours of the promo - in effect, you will wager the theoretical possible maximum, and will be in the top 20.
At 75p per spin, and 2500 spins per hour, total wager £45,000, 20% back £9000, expected loss at 10% £4500 and at standard 5% £2250. This makes chasing the progressive a damn good option, and the cashback can be saved till next time they run this kind of promo.
I was very tempted, but had to let it go simply because it was Casino Rewards, and I KNOW Jackpot Factory honour their promotions (and they have a couple of great ones this month ), but I could see the possibility of the Casino Rewards systems messing up & missing my wagering (it would not be the first time).

    An update:

Ecogra did help me solve the bonus issue with the $10. But that was it. My loyalty account was never unlocked but the casino descided to put $10 in my casino account directly to make me shut up. Now almost a year later, its still locked and I have deposited (unfortunately) and played at some of the casinos in the group. And now I have worked up $20 worth of loyalty points that I cannot redeem of course. Inspite my deposits I got the respons from CR today:
    Hello ______
"This is a courtesy email from the Casino Rewards network with regard to your recent live chat session with our Casino Support team. We would like to thank you for taking the time to complete our feedback survey. Our promotions team has reviewed your account, however, unfortunately we are not able to lift your suspension at this time. The temporary suspension of Casino Rewards VIP points is based on a number of contributing factors - including your entire history within the Casino Rewards network - and as indicated in our previous correspondence we are unable to provide you with the specific criteria by which the suspension will be lifted. We simply ask that you continue to demonstrate an intention to play, deposit & wager at the casino in accordance with the Casino’s promotional Terms & Conditions and your entitlement to redeem points will be replaced.Sincere apologies for discontent or inconvenience. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Casino Rewards Helpdesk at support@casinorewards.comKind Regards, Tim, Cr Helpdesk "

I dont know if I should cry or get mad. Mygod this is silly! It clearly states that:

To exchange your points for casino chips simply deposit and play at any of your Casino Rewards partner casinos. Your points should be available to you soon!

this text pops up when I try to redeem my points in the Casino Rewards website. It doesnt say that its due to many "many contributing factors" that they have responded in their mail to me.

I know I should have dropped this casino when I first got the suspension and tried to solve it by depositing and they did not unlock my vip account. But as I said earlier I cant stand being treated like this.

Don't take this the wrong way, but .... you kept playing and giving them your money. And now you're back to square one... If you like everything else about CR -- bonuses, CS, gameplay, etc. -- then stay with them and keep depositing. But don't expect them to change their rewards system. They are Casino Rewards group. You can't change the tiger's stripes. Unless hell freezes over, I don't see them making any major change in their hostage system.

Like Footdr, in the 6 years or so that I've played online, CR is the only group that has 'done me wrong' (way back when). I don't trust them. They don't get my money. Period.

However it turns out, good luck to you.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

They clearly NEVER EVER intended to unlock your rewards account, you were just being strung along with vague promises. It is probably the fact you got them into "trouble with the headmaster", that they have now made things "personal" rather than staying professional.
They have now decided the requirements of eCogra too onerous for them, and told them to "have their seals back - we can't be arsed to go through all that routine site visit & report malarkey".

You are not missing much, their promotions are crap, and the most annoying thing is that they have now swallowed Casino Action, and made it even crappier than it was on 24th March

Fortune Lounge is probably the closest thing to Casino Rewards in that the poits are pooled, and can be credited to any account. FL promotions are also mostly crap, but Fortune Points are now CASH, with no WR.

FL could go on the offensive and try to poach customers from Casino Rewards. They could try running scoreboard daily tournaments as once ran at Casino Action, because their MPV efforts are full of bugs, and are really a pain in the a***!
