Very colorful terms being used in this thread, "not paying," "stealing," "theft," and "communication problem" - LOL.
If I have a gambling deal with a person or entity. And, that entity ignores my attempts at communication, the term I would use is "welsh."
Several emails from the OP, to the casino, with no reply from the casino, implies a "communication problem" from only the casino side.
"Not paying" was a kind way for the OP to phrase it in the thread title. Possibly the thread title could be changed to "Pharaohs Casino - "welshes" on issuing bonus."

"No record of your account" seems to be a convenient response for the casino to stall or deny the issuance of the bonus. Which would complete the agreement between the two parties here. Is that why the casino has not responded to the OP's emails also?
And DD, why would you be upset that Pharaohs Casino has not issued you a bonus for $250, and not fulfilled their side of the agreement?
Kudos to CM for removing Pharaohs Casino from the accredited section for no response.
