You need to request the "Casinomeister Signup Bonus" instead of the "signup bonus"

There may have been some miscommunication, but I think that Giselle could have been a little more polite (towards the end and to Bryan).

You might try playing without a bonus. Anywhere and everywhere. Please be happy. There is no problem. You were credited bonus or you will be credited bonus.

If they can't do this, it will be red faces all round at Lasseters, and I am sure they will come good. One possibility as to why this has happened is that Lasseters changed software during this time. A few minor things DID go wrong, I found that the account viewer had bugs in it, and if you checked after the change, you would not have seen the addition of the bonus if it had happened under the old software. I didn't lose any bonuses, but I have a sneaking feeling that some of my outstanding WR got "lost in the system", but I won't trouble them with that
