Coral Casino - No sign-up bonus given, v slow customer response

Well... the title kinda says it all really!
I signed up here in feb, cleared £2,500 in VP as per their requirements

And still haven't received a bonus....
Their customer support takes a long time to reply to messages, and as you can see, I have been left hanging for a couple of months now.

I have withdrawn fine... I would say it's fine to play here - but just dont count on fast customer support, and don't rely on receiving a signup bonus!

Well, I got my bonus! Better 3 months late than never.....

But at least they sorted it out ok.
