    Virtual Casino

    mad:

Hi-- I am sort of new to this stuff, so please be patient. I sent a PIB, a couple of weeka ago regarding Virtual Casino--as I won 7500.00, from a Random Jackpot. The Casino allowed me to cash out 10X my deposit. The T/C we not specified on the coupon, but were on the web-site. SUCKS--but I guess my fault.

As of today, I have still not been paid. I have used the contact listed on the sight--and they have not responded. Can you give me an opinion? They are really ticking me off!!@

As I am sure that you know as a US player, it is really difficult making deposits. For some reason the RTG Casino's are still able to accept VISA. For security purposes, I always deposit using a pre-paid VISA. Geez--

    Dear Sir,

There are several area' s of concern with Virtual Casino. My first concern is that I requested a withdraw on March 24, 2007, and still have not received the money. I have now faxed the documents in four times. I have also received an e-mail from the accounting department, stating that my withdraw would be processed this past Monday. I contacted support, and asked for the Manager--who is never available! and was first told that they did not have the information, then they had some from previous faxes. But nonetheless, it appears that I now have to PAY to scan documents to receive my money. I guess that if the fax back form is legible, my money has been received WHY can I not get PAID. Of coarse my ID is going to be dark, its a fax machine! All of my identifying information is legible--as I am sure the photo is not. It is unimportant as long as my government Identification, matches the information that I provided to your company. I have had problems in the past with receiving payment, but never for these bogus reasons.

    Virtual Casino Group

I should have also mentioned that in the past weeks I have problems with Prism Casino and their non-payment. After weeks of complaining and posts about their orginization I was paid. I was suppose to receive, per their T/C $500.00 which was suppose to be paid via Wire to my bank account. They Western Unioned the money to me, and charged me $18.00. I guess that I am lucky that I was paid. But now Virtual Casino can't seem to read my faxed information?? What a load of CRAP

    Hi Robertsgirl,
Firstly, I am sorry for your bad luck. It's a great feeling to win but it really sucks when these lousy casino's will not give you what is rightfully yours. I would encourage you to look at casinomeister's list of accredited RTG's before depositing in one again. In my opinion, Inetbet is the best of the best. Virtual and Prism are some of the worst online casino's imaginable. Do a google search on them and you'll see what I mean. It is so very important to research every casino you give your hard earned money to. It's a hard lesson to learn for a lot of us - we've pretty much all been there at one time or another.

I believe Bryan is on vacation so be patient on the pitch a bitch. If anyone can help, it's him... Hopefully this is your first pitch a bitch with a rouged casino as after your first you're on your own.

Good luck in your quest and I hope that once the $ hits your account the delete button is used to get rid of these nasty places forever. There's just no excuse for how these places treat their players and the only way for them to be stopped is for players to get smart and stop playing there.

Bobsgirl, Prism and The Virtual Casino are both in the same "group". They have two well known issues:

    1) Very confusing terms on bonuses
    2) Very slow cashouts

However, in my experience, they do pay, eventually. It often takes a month or so though.

Personally, I usually "run collections" once a week, usually via live chat, because that's how it's easiest to get a hold of someone. It's the accounting departments that are usually the bottleneck though, so sometimes you have to use the CSR as an intermediary.

You're probably stuck with the 10x limit on the winnings (sorry), but I would just check with them for new status every few days until you get paid.

If i understand it you PAB here? I would do whatever the reply to that was, if somehow you missed the reply, send a personal message to the Casinomeister and then do whatever he suggests in his reply.

That totally sucks about the random jackpot. I used to play a good percentage of my microgaming bonuses on progressives, and always wondered if there was something, somewhere I had missed.. but I never got to find out for sure

    Good luck

Yeah, it's true - I was away for a couple of weeks. I had tasked greedygirl with the PABs while I was gone, but she had some email issues, which screwed that plan all to hell.

I should be getting to the outstanding PABs today. Normally I don't consider PABs for casinos in the rougue pit, but I'll make an exception to see if I can find out what's up.

FYI. There is an RTG list here that can serve as guidance on which RTG casinos should be patronized. It also provides players with points of contact as well.

    oopppss

I realized that I would not receive payment for the Random Jackpot. Due to the conflicting information on the coupon for the bonus, and then on the website.

    Guess they got me there.

But, my issue is the non-payment of the $500.00. I can speculate why they are not receiving my faxes, or can't read them. They do not care for any one that speaks out against their boarderline criminal behavior.

Ya know, reciently I was at a land based casino and received a $100.00 Comp--I hit a nice size of change. But guess what---I got the whole thing...No strings attached, No conflicting information, Not to mention that I did not have to sift through pages to determine the T/C. I really think that that should be what the Online Gaming Industry stould strive for!

online joints do give fully cashable comps out. for instance playtech's usual system is $10 in bets gives one point, and 100 points can be cashed into a dollar. so to get $100 in comps, all you have to do is place 10x100x100, or 100,000 in wagers. simple!
