    The term "Pai Gow' is derived from the dominoes game and it virtually means to set your hand as much as possible to a value of nine. Incidentally, what 'attitude' do you mean? I am baffled.

    Casino managers need to be creative in order to deny cashouts. You gave a straightforward answer.
