Can anyone tell me how to sucessfully claim a monthly bonus at Gamingclub and lucky nugget casinos. I deposit fill in the from then get rejection emails saying I claimed it months ago

Ignore them, and sign up at Riverbelle. The monthly £75 is only for UK players, and the claim form seems to work. On the two occasions it seemed to fail, I still ended up with the bonus being credited.
The claim form is well hidden though, unlike other promotions it cannot be claimed through the lobby, and finding it on the website is not that easy. The "£75 every month" picture actually links to the form to claim the £75 first deposit bonus. The "real" form for the repeat bonus is hidden another layer down, following the "click here" in the small print that directs you to a form for existing players.
It is possible the forms for Gaming Club and Lucky Nugget are similarly well hidden. I believe only one monthly bonus at one of the casinos can be claimed per player. If I am wrong please post, so I can reinstall Lucky Nugget and Gaming Club

I've been told, it is one monthly bonus per casino... 4 total for the group. Note that these bonuses are only available to UK players.

This is confusing in the extreme. The terms for the initial sign-up and the monthly matches are bundled together, and appear to contradict themselves.

First, on the form:-

This looks like the monthly match bonus can only be claimed at ONE of the casinos anyway, and it is this term that I read to mean that I could only have the £75 at Riverbelle, and not also at Lucky Nugget and Gaming Club.
If other players are successfully claiming the monthly at all four, and getting it credited, they MAY have trouble when a cash-in is audited, with a breach of this term being used to deny winnings on all but the bonus from the first casino under the offer. Given the mess than is BelleRock, I would not be surprised to hear that the automated system is letting this through, and it will only get caught if they decide to audit the account of an existing player for taking more than one of these bonuses.
If CS are claiming players can claim ALL four monthly offers, get it in writing.

A couple months ago, CS told me that players can claim all 4 monthly offers. I agree that getting written confirmation is a good idea.

Something is blocking access to these sites. Internet Explorer has a default option whereby the user typing in a URL that is invalid will be redirected to the default search engine with the URL set up as the search term. As a user, you can change this behaviour, or choose a different search engine.
The block could be anywhere, even from within your own PC if it has a firewall or malware blocker. Some ISPs have malware blockers that block cetain websites with a reputation for spreading viruses. Outside of "our world", online casinos are often considered malware by default, and the gambler often has to set their own preferences to allow casinos for their own consumption.
