I have received a couple of emials over the short New Year break which I will get onto now but I have also heard from our support team who have issued the following statement...
Betfred apologises for the mix up regarding players accounts This was caused by an admin error which we believe to have now been rectified.
All payments should now have been sent If any player has still not had their funds returned and an email received please contact
support@betfredcasino.com
I will also forward those that have emailed me to make sure that all is now sorted.
