    Golden Palace bonus email

    I received an email from Golden Palace Casino stating that they are giving a
    300% bonus plus $25 to new users. I signed up and deposited $50 and received $50 bonus. When I asked for the 300% bonus they said I was playing at Golden Casino not Golden Palace but I went through the instructions on the email even using the download link associated with the
    email. I have sent several emails to customer service and they are doing
    nothing about it. Has anyone else received this email? Seems like a scam to me.

    GP doesn't allow players from the USA. I'm assuming that the email was spam sent by an affiliate.

    goldenpalace.com = redirects to golden casino
    goldenpalacecasino.com = GP

    I also assume that they're both ran by GP, so their response is BS. Yes, golden casino only offers the 100% match which explains the $50 bonus you recieved. BUT, if your email states 300%, that's what you should get, no questions asked. It's not your fault you recieved an offer that doesn't apply to residents of the US.
