    Onlinecasino.com, not honoring bonus

    Hi Guys:

before opening an account at this casino, I have visited the wbsite and I found out that they are offering 300 per cent for first deposit. Then I deposited just 25 euros to give them try. I got lucky and I have won 1400 euros . I got also my withdrawal in few days.

Even that I continued to deposit and playing at this casino but the surprise was that I never get bonus from them again. yesterday I have sent an email to the support asking why I could not receive the bonus like any other players. the support send me an email saying, that I have visited an affiliate looking only for bonus and that is why I am not allowed to get bonus in the casino. It make me crazy to see this response even me I don`t know which affiliate the support was talking about. I have sent a replay to them stating that I am free to play anywhere especially when the bonus offer attract me and of course when the casino offer a good bonus to players. the support does not reply again.

But in reality, the casino come with false reason to deny me the bonus just because I have won before at the casino and that`s what make them angry because I have won just with 25 euro deposit and it was my chance . I think this casino want peoples to loose only. Is that true and fair when visiting sites and casinos will deny me to get bonus.they use the word Abuse and they judge players without knowing them

You can read this email from the support :

    Dear Nicole ,

When a player claims a bonus at any of our affiliate casinos, it is standard operating procedure for our security department to objectively analyze play activity for trends of possible bonus abuse.

In your case, we have noticed that you have been visiting several of our affiliate casinos for the sole purpose of claiming each casino’s bonuses with no intention of continuing play at that casino.

We strive to offer quality games and bonuses to stimulate player activity at a given casino, and our bonus money is allocated to players that enjoy the games on a regular basis.

As a result, you will no longer be eligible to claim any bonuses with any of our affiliate casinos. However, your account will remain active and you may continue to enjoy the games.

    Warm regards,
    Sue

    Hi Nicole,

As far as I can tell, the casino advertises only an initial bonus on their web site. Did they explicitly offer you an additional bonus?

In any case, most casinos reserve the right to deny bonus credits to a player based upon their best (or poorest) judgement. As long as the player is free to withdraw his or her deposit and leave, this does not seem unfair to me.

    Thanks for the post

    Hi again

I understand your point of vue but the only thing is that the casino change his way to treat me since I have made withdrawal like they are telling me : we need only players who loose!!!

there is difference between they refused to give ongoing bonus and accusing me of abuses even I have got only one first deposit bonus from them. The casino could say in the email simply we are not offering a bonus but not accusing players as abusers. For me I understand that they accuse me of abuse just because I have won with first deposit bonus.the question is what would be the casino answer if I lost my money. I am sure that the casino in this case could send me a dozen of emails offering bonus to push me to continue playing. This is casino tactic and it is not fair. They should use this word (abuse) carrefully with honest players.

    Very Common

Casinos often do this to players they believe are likely to win. It seems they have noted that you have visited several of their sister casinos and played only with one deposit and sign-up bonus. This gives them a pattern to interpret, and they have concluded that whatever bonus they offer, you will play and withdraw and not play further.
They are at least honest about this. I had a similar issue with a casino and they kept giving me a load of bull about there being a technical problem with my PC or ISP blocking the regular e-mails. After a month, they told me it had been fixed, and I got the mailers for another month before they stopped again. I had to really drag the truth out of them, but they finally admitted that my account had been flagged because I had enjoyed too much bonus money in the past - I had also had some big wins, including an £8000 RF.

Even that I continued to deposit and playing at this casino
How can they claim bonus abuse if the above is true?

My advice: Stop doing business with them and move on

    Please read bonus terms.
You must play another Golden Palace casino and get bonus already.

    They told you:

I have visited an affiliate looking only for bonus and that is why I am not allowed to get bonus in the casino.

In your case, we have noticed that you have been visiting several of our affiliate casinos for the sole purpose of claiming each casino’s bonuses with no intention of continuing play at that casino.

Yes, but what difference does that make if he's continued to deposit at that particular casino?

IMHO, bonuses at the other sister casinos should be banned, but not at the one(s) that he continues to deposit & play at.

    an other email

    Hi again

I just received this email from them. If your read it you will find out that the casino accuse me for nothing.

For more explanation. I have to inform you that even after withdrawal I continued to play and deposit there. In Golden Palace casino I never palyed there. I don`t know even which affiliate they talked about.

Finally, this new email can prouve that they just accuse winners of abuses.

this is the original email I received now with an other reason.

    Dear Nicole,

How are you doing?. Hope this e-mail finds you well. Unfortunately at this moment you are not eligible for any bonuses because you are a VIP level 2 on this account and the our promotions are only for VIP level 3 up to 9, but don't worry that if you continue playing on the casino you will soon reach the level 3 and will be eligible for bonuses.

If you have any other question please feel free to contact us back at anytime.

Just because you deposit and play at a casino does not entitle you to a bonus.

It doesn't matter if you won off the signup bonus or lost; the casino has the right to determine whether you're offered a bonus.

If they do offer it, you have the right to accept or decline it.

If they don't offer it, you have the right to continue to deposit there or not.

You got your withdrawal from the signup bonus; it's really simple -- move on to another casino if you're looking for bonuses.
I don't abuse bonuses, I just shake the sh!t out of 'em!
