Grand Hotel Casino and Cash Check

Hi there, i was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions regarding cashcheck for me. I signed up at the above casino and was lucky over the course of 2 days during which i played on the slots and made 7 or 8 withdrawal requests to the value of £4150 and then left it. Upon returning to my account to check the status the requests in cash check have been lumped together and now only total £2750. I am wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen to them and whether it is possible to change or remove amounts in cashcheck as i am in no doubt that the amount has been reduced. Also is there any other way of checking this? I have emailed the casino manager and am now awaiting a reply. Thanks

Hasslebonk, what were your total deposits? It's possible they subtracted the deposits from cashouts.
Since you made multiple withdrawal requests, it makes sense for the casino to bunch them together. I know of another group that does that consistently and they're not robbing people of their winnings.

try pming the casino rep from the casino contacts list with your account details he usually investigates matters quite quickly.

    Some good advice

On another thought, did you fullfil your wagering requirements? And if so did you do this on the alocated games?

Hi Thanks for the comments I have PM'ed the rep so will see what comes of that. This thread is probably in the wrong part of the forum as even though it was my first visit to the casino i definately met the wagering requirements easily on purely slots. I still need to get my documents faxed off too.

    MGS Bug

    Congratulations!

You are honoured to have hosted one of the rarest Microgaming bugs known to man (or woman).

When a withdrawal becomes "stuck" for some reason, and others leap the processing queue, Cashcheck gets screwed up!

I had this at Jackpot Factory during a period of many stuck withdrawals, and some of my withdrawals simply vanished from record. I was paid though (in the end), and once cashckeck had updated all withdrawals to "processed" the missing ones reappeared.

A more common issue with cashcheck is that a withdrawal can stick as "work in progress" for up to a few days after being paid, making it impossible to view the extra detail from clicking on the transaction (this shows the individual payments, and where they went).

The same happened to me at Spin Palace. After my withdrawal left the reverse period it simply disappeared from cashcheck. The next morning it reappeared again. The same issue was reported by retlaw in the casinoshare thread. Seems not to be too uncommon...

There were some weirdities in my account at Piggs. Two or so withdrawals showing 'work in progress' for months. One I know I had received... but I'm still not so sure about the other. I never pursued it, as I had slipped up and not kept good records during that month of several smallish withdrawals. (There was sickness in the family, working overtime, etc., etc.) But even when Palace group locked out U.S. players... I think it still showed that w/d as 'work in progress' -- it was a left-over from before the Piggs/Palace Group merger.

Just a thought, you should be able to use playcheck to confirm your balances at the start and end of session, so you could prove with screenshots that transactions have dissapeared.
