I had the same problem with them for my monthly bonus. Emailed a couple of times, finally got the bonus (and a reply) after about a 20 hour wait. I had PM'd the rep on board here who apologized for the delay, and said it was due to the new legislation and their $10 signup offer. However, he assured me that the crunch had passed and support should be working fine. Obviously, that's not the case if some people are still having the same problems. Fast and knowledgeable customer support is THE biggest issue for me, and I won't play at a casino that doesn't have that. Maybe this is still growing pains on their part, as they're relatively new.
If the OP has really been waiting four days, and is legitimate...that is totally unacceptable. Pidduv, did you PM the rep here?
