Transactions can be cancelled. I had an amount which was credited to neteller by a casino only to have it cancelled half an hour later. It was an incorrect amount and they sent me the correct sum soon after.

I agree it is most likely a reverse because they couldnt keep track of their own bonus rules. I saw 25freebie in August after I saw a promo for their new casino oneclubcasino and had a problem with csrs trying to determine if I could play there or not. Eventually they referred me to Playunited.com/or net..was introduced to 25freebie there..I didnt play it because of the terms and conditions..you had to deposit to get your "free" money..
They no longer have the promo anywhere on their casino pages..but..I did a search on casinomesiter and someone else had asked for terms and conditions and it was posted here back in feb..it reads as follows..

this is the email I got twice from the casino

I received this email twice as you can see it and then they took back my winning. There is nothing to do to force the to pay .

This is just the same as a player doing a charge back. IMO once the payment goes thru to Neteller it should be story over.

Granted it was a free chip, however, I can name 10 MG casinos off my head that if you win on a free chip they pay & certainly wouldn't do dodgy shit like this.

This type of thing needs to be nipped in the butt. Maybe time spent on the not recommended list would serve a good lesson in casino ethics.

I was contacted by email from the Pitboss at vegastopcasino and i got my winning within 24 hours to my neteller account.It was realy fast since I exchange with him the emails explaning the issue. he understand the situation and he proceed to my cash in in the same day.

The issue of casinos doing a "charge back" simply because they have changed their mind about paying genuine winnings is not good. It is not as though the player set out to defraud, it was incompetence on the casinos part that Nicple ever got offered this in the first place as it is "by invitation.... to a select group of new players".

If players lose at this group and then "change their mind about playing", it would be all right for them to reverse the transaction also would it not?

(Rep, if any, invited to respond on this, and particularly about them doing their own "charge back" on a player's Neteller account).
