Bonus Issues at Shark Casino

I believe Shark Casino changed the terms of their bonus on the morning of August 26th to make the bonus a sticky. The morning of August 26th may be the evening of August 25th, depending on time zone. I made my deposit on August 25th before the change was listed in the T&C. I loooked over the T&C carefully before playing and am 100% positive the change was not listed. Shark is claiming that my deposit was after the change and refusing to let me withdraw my winnings.

Any idea how I can show that I made the deposit before the change of terms?

Isnt shark rtg? If so, look at your acount history.

It will show the dates you made the deposit. Keep the email they sent that says the 26th,and and let them know that the deposit hitory shows the 25th.

They did not send me an email about the change. However, I believe they did send an email to affiliates. Did anyone receive one?
