About a month ago i created an account deposited 200 tried to claim the initial bonus. Support gave me 50 bonus and gave the number for the wrong casino to fix the problem. No amount of hassle could get the bonus changed. Eventually i managed to get the bonu sremovedand cashed tou. My only suggestion for you is to keep pestering them, I believe they may have a casino rep listed here so you should pm them if you already havent. Alot of times the representative can cut through the normal trail off bullshit.

I also deposited $200 and did not receive the advertised bonus. After a week of unanswered e-mails I just decided to give up and cash out my deposit. The cash out was in my neteller in around 5 days. Amber coast is just like Racetrack casino, they don't honor their advertised promotions yet somehow are not rogued .

I do. I am also new here (sort of) This is my first post. I took up an offer of (as far as I remember) deposited $300, bonus $ 440 or somethink like that. This was a first time offer. I was credited imidiately after depositing with the bonus. Wagering was 12 times. I wagered 20 times or so, cashed out $2500 or so. It was only the newxt time I came back to deposit, I got problems; In their Cashier they had some ongoing deposit method promotions. First time you deposited using a new deposit methode, eg. Neteller, Citadel, Credit Card ect., you got entitled to a 200% bonus of your depositing amount, up to $ 400 I think it was. Anyway I deposited using a new methode than the last deposit, men no automatic bonus was issued. So I contacted Live Help and first after several different persons spoken to, and a LOT of complaining from my side, I was issued with a bonus that was LARGER than the amount I was supposed to have. Weird but newerthe less I got the bonus after much fuss.
But I consider the casino issuing bonuses as the winds blow, and after their own feelings rather than after their own terms and conditions/bonus advertised/ bonus/t&c rules.

So proceed with caution, and don`t expect to get any bonuses at all from this casino, and if you do, consider yourself lucky.

    Regards
