That was very unexpected.

Did you finish the WR for this particular bonus? If you did, the bonus money are yours and should not be removed. However, if you did not finish the WR for the bonus and had non-withdrawable cash in your account its not much to do about it. I really don't think they will take your deposit and earlier winnings though. Sucks to first get a bonus and then have it taken away anyways

yes i did fullfill wagering requirement for the bonus, its just that i were having a good run from last 3 months on there monthly. so looks like winnings straight in 3 months makes you involve in activity that you are not a profitable customer for that casino.

This is nonsense. Even if the casino were to curtail your entitlement to promotions, this should only apply to future bonuses. If they dont like your playing strategy, fine but all deposits, winnings and the bonus must remain intact and be withdrawable. From their e-mail it seems that your deposit will definitely be returned but for the bonus and winnings, this seems less likely but unless they give a valid reason for this, I think theses cannot be confiscated.

This does seem odd. I don't think any reputable casino would attempt to deny a bonus already issued, although they might bar you from future bonuses. Let us know how this one turns out. Judging by some other people's comments on these forums in recent months, their customer service leaves a little to be desired, so it might be necessary to be patient.

Hi, had to set up an account here for my William Hill problem. I have a rather large cashout here and they are screwing me as well. They only want to return the $40 back and not the winnings. I even sent in all documents requested. I have played here for a couple years and no problems on cashouts but now all of a sudden especially when its a good sized cashout? This is unacceptable!

They don't have a casino rep at CM? Do I PAB with Bryan?

I'll wait like another 4 days before I get their next email response from the finance dept. I can't believe a crypto is giving me this nonsense. Hopefully this can be settled soon.

That is ridicoulus(sp?)

If you have finished the WR the money is no longer a bonus. It's cold hard cash. A term where they reserve the right to "revoke entitlement" to the bonus doesn't give them any right at all to remove the money that is no longer theirs.

And even if they have this right, how stupid is it not to apply it? "Here - have a bonus, it's on the house... no wait I want it back.. WAAAAH"

As a customer there, I don't feel comfortable at all. What if they suddenly "in their sole discretion" want to take a year worth of bonuses from me.

Average email response for me has been 4 days and yes, their phone # doesn't work and no live chat anymore. So they sent my deposit back and of course not the thousands in winnings. Every other cashout I've had has been smooth in the past but a bigger win, not so easy.

I don't expect WH to budge so I already wrote a detailed PAB to Bryan just to get it in and get the ball rolling. Sinse WH doesn't have a casino rep. here and no other mediator service for cryptos, I will have to rely on the magic of Bryan. I will keep this thread updated hopefully with a positive outcome in the near future.
