the only "player" i've seen on this thread making a claim that his deposit wasn't returned is "nikest". Meanwhile, nikest continues to send new players to WillHill via his website so how can you take this guy seriously?

i searched nikest here and it brought up another former poster "nikest27" who was banned. could just be a coincidence...

If the guy was blatantly in-your-face playing minimum WR and squeezing the max out of the bonus, I would expect them to react "unfriendly" - if I were giving away "free money" I would be touchy as well....

If you blatantly use the bonus (ie bonuswhore) I think you should expect to get shafted. Not refunding the deposit ? This isn't a bank, and neither is it a B&M casino or betting shop.

@dd99: Man this is so ridiculous! If a player signs up at the casino, gets the new player bonus, fulfills the wager requirement playing only allowed games, what has he done wrong?? In my opinion, it is up to the casino to adjust their wager requrements so that it is fair for them and for the player. With a wager of 1600 for a 80$ you might as well loose the bonus and your own money. If a player gets the monthly bonus of 40$ again and again, month after month without ever risiking his own money it would only be fair to exclude the player from getting more bonuses in the future. But talking about being a bonuswhore when you sign up at the casino as a new player is totally nonsense ....

if you do the bonuses no-risk time after time, imo you are abusing the privilege. since they know you're going to bail if you bust the bonus funds, they are not really to blame for witholding 1x the bonus amount given each month and barring you.

not meaning anyone in particular, but playing no-risk month after month is not honest play and subject to question. take it like a man and bust your funds. one day you'll hit a 4 digit win from wh and they won't confiscate if you wagered and busted your own money at least once or twice. it's 40 bucks/25 pounds, big effin deal in the grand scheme. =P

So you claim that a new player at a casino cannot possibly be a bonus whore... Because bonus whores must play a minimum of X months to be considered a whore, or what ??

I dont understand when casino clearly states that IN THE INTEREST OF FAIR GAMING..you need to wager x amount before making any withdrawl. so whenever a player fullfills wr , he has followed the term and conditions. personally myself, after fullfilling wr , if i am having a good experience, then i would continue playing, otherwise i will just cashout.and thats should not be a prb. or else the casino should add 1 more term stating that
though you need to wager x amount before making any withdrawl, but if you dont want to risk your winnings , make sure that you wager 3x amount.

I agree totally with sumerafa. A player necessarily will have to abuse "the casinos "good will" (as they like to call it) more once to be called a bonus whore.

ok but what if it is the 2nd,3rd,4th time someone has accepted the casino's good will from the same ip? or if someone accepts the good will gesture from all the sister casinos in a short span of time? clearly patterns of abuse, no?

Signing up for multiple accounts at a casino is abuse.

Signing up for multiple casinos within a group is not, regardless of timespan.

Excellent. So in the online casino group you open up (unless you already own one :-) it won't be abuse.

Now go to CR group and convince them.
