Sandpiper Casino closed (balances not paid)

Chartwell Based Sandpiper casino (www.sandpipercasino.com) , they were run by www.sandpiperentertainment.com seems to be closed, and the winners have not been paid. There are some other people having same problems with the casino in another forum (wol). This is the first casino i think im going to have to do a PAB on. Basically they dragged my withdrawal of 850$ from june 22nd onwards untill the end of july when they closed down. First it was 6-10 days then 6-10 business days, then on to very soon. I will post the full details on my PAB to casinomeister.
They closed their affiliate program sometimes in july so thats when i thought there was trouble and pushed them to pay my withdrawal.so they had 2 200%deposit bonuses on around mid june and mid july, so i think they were intentinally running bonuses to get some funds to vanish from the planet. My only current method to contact them at the moment is trough neteller, (my deposit method) and neteller is not currently taking the matter as seriously as it should be.

Glen Bullen at Elite Club Management and Mike Merrandino at Chartwell Technology are both looking into this at present and have promised to get back to me on it.

Have you heard any news regarding the closure, and balances not paid. Im not trying to push you do anything jetset you know that, but it has been 11 days since Glen Bullen, And Mike Merrandino were supposed to get back to you. I think i have about a 10% change of ever retrieving my money, so im not too optimistic.....

Have these fellows kept their promise to you, as far as getting back to you?

I've got another ROYAL FLUSH win for $5,400.00 on another Chartwell outfit (Golden Arch Casino) that they have yet to pay as well.
