That whole chat log is a bit ridiculous. Specifically the part of it where you mention CM to make sure they know they'd be screwing you in public if they chose not to pay out. It's so obviously a technical glitch of some kind and not a refusal to pay, the livechat guy said exactly that and (admirably) had the honesty to say he had no idea why.
IMO if you want to mention this situation in the forum fine, but it's pretty harsh throwing up a thread in the complaints section over some minor technical glitch on a brand new site. And it's a bit combative threatening the livechat guy with bad publicity on here when they've done virtually nothing wrong. If it was rogue-casino x it'd maybe be understandable starting a complaint thread so quickly, but with 32red's long history of good customer service and banking you'd think it'd be fair to give them 12 hours to sort out your problem like they requested.
