    Hi Mansion,

Mansion software is counting only 50% of my bets. (When I bet $10, the software counts it as $5.) I wrote them, and they confirmed I was under the original terms. They said I had $870 left to do.

After they said I have $870 left, I bet just over that amount, which the software counted as ~ $437.

Now they say I have another ~$433 left to do.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. The "Earned bonus" section under "My
Account" is still only counting my wagers at 50%. I have, however,
    completed the wagering.

Could you please activate the 3rd deposit bonus?

And could you please promote all three bonuses, so that I can make them
    cashable?

    Hello LinusK

Thank you for your email enquiry.

I can confirm that your bonus structure is still being operated under the original terms, however you still need to wager a further $433.37 before your $250 casino bonus can be activated.

Should you require further assistance on this or any other matters please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear Linus,

We have recently changed our deposit bonuses to 100% match up to $1000 on 1st deposit, 50% match up to $500 on 2nd and 3rd deposits. We have also changed the wagering requirement and also the wagering contribution for the games.

Unfortunately as soon as we make these changes to our software the changes apply to all players. It appears as though this is your current situation - you have made your deposits prior to the changes but now have to achieve the wagering requirement under the contribution rules.

I realise this is not ideal but unfortunately we are unable to change the requirement for specific accounts.

Whilst we cannot make the change you require, please email into Customer Service to see if we can help any further with this issue.

    Regards,

    MANSION

So it's not the rules I signed up for, or deposited under, that count?

    Unreal.

Mansion - I have one suggestion for you.

Manually enter the system and release any requirements so that Linus can obtain his new bonus.

Don't be blaming your software for being unable to keep up with your OWN terms and conditions. Either you fix it or you pay the player as if he had fulfilled those terms and conditions COMPLETELY.

Changing the T&C retrospectively is exactly the sort of thing that disreputable casinos do. Since Mansion's software is proprietary, there is no excuse for not getting this bonus business right.

    Oh Dear!

I signed up and was so Royally Screwed by Jacks or Better I never even made the 5x WR!! I had not heard about the latest change, I certainly didn't see 100% up to $1000 on first deposit. This would still be a decent deal though at 40x Blackjack (50% weights). Sadly, I have made my first deposit under the old rules, and my second and third would be under the new ones, but despite having the harsher WR of the new rules, I can not have the benefit of the bigger bonuses. If the terms are to be retrospective, surely the better bonus should be offered retrospectively to earlier customers.

Uninstalling Mansion is really easy, delete the .lnk shortcut.

The old terms offered $100 + $100 at 5x WR, are the new ones seriously $1000 + $1000 at 20x WR (50% tables and VP). I can see Mansion having to change these terms again amid more uproar, or is there something about their Blackjack/VP that enables the casino to still win overall from signups?

If you think you are in the right why use the word " unfortunately " ?
Whats " unfortunate " is that you are forcing a player to do something he didnt sign up for!

From the get go of them promoting their casino--they haven't got a clue when it comes to customer service. You got to hand it to them--when they decide to screw you over with their constant "terms changing" they do it with an "in your face" style. Their management told me "Bryan is a fair minded guy". He must be really a fair minded chap not to weigh in on this and say it stinks!!

I also had a very bad run at Jacks or Better, disappointing because the game should have been ideal for grinding out a 5x bonus. Although Mansion's JOB isn't quite full-pay, the paytable reductions are at the top end, and several multi-line options (3, 5, 10, 50 or 100 hands) are available with coin bet sizes as low as 10 cents. I had slightly better results playing Deuces Wild, but still lost all the bonus money before receiving it.

Ignoring the unfriendliness of my gaming results, the no-download software is impressive. It's fast, and I liked that the account information allowed me to track my exact progress toward meeting the bonus playthrough requirements.

Their multi-hand video poker recycles discards (not sure if this happens on their regular VP) -- and they don't give a bonus for redrawing the same card (like some other places do).
