William Hill - No Support???

I was quite surprised as I saw on here nothing but good things about this casino to find that I did not get my 'instant' bonus on my 50. I deposited and got no bonus a few days ago. I contacted support right away and not a peep out of them, then I contacted them again, still nothing.
Anyone got a clue on this one?

did you already log-in to the download casino and purchase chips? their system is a little different.

Thank you for your e-mail.

We have investigated your query and can confirm that you have never received any bonus from William Hill Casino. Therefore you are classed as New player to the casino and you are entitled to receive the new player bonus. In order to receive any bonus fund you need to first activate the bonus scheme by making a single chip purchase of $80 in the downloaded version of the Casino and not the Instant Play casino.

When you have made the chip purchase of $80 your account will be matched with $80 of bonus fund.

Now I have 2 major problems with this, one is that the link I clicked said I would get an Instant bonus match on my $50 deposit and the second is that they are telling me I must activate the bonus scheme however, they do not give me the instructions on how I would go about doing so.

the instructions are in clear detail on their website.

the only thing that is not clear is the way their system works in that you have to make the deposit and then log-in to their download casino and use your deposit to buy chips.

it's an excellent casino. pretty silly to rail on WillHill when there are so many bad actors on the stage

This is from their T&C at the bottom of the page when you click on the "$80 New Player Bonus" button:

To qualify for the new player bonus you must make a single chip purchase in the Casino of at least $80. Multiple chip purchases totalling $80 or more will not qualify for bonus cash

Therefore, you can't just deposit $50 and get $50 in bonus. Or deposit $50 one time, deposit $30 another time and expect to get the $80 bonus. You HAVE TO deposit $80 (no more, no less) and then they will give you the bonus.

And I think they pretty adequately explained that in the email, too. However, I will say that Will Hill needs to be "railed on" for their horrible customer service (or lack thereof). I've never personally had any problems with deposits/withdrawals (knock on wood), but dread it if I ever do.
