Be The Dealer is full of ****

Just got this email from BTD casino.

    Hello xxxxx,

I'm writing to inform you that your bonus status has been changed so that you may no longer redeem coupons yourself. We offer the bonuses to help unskilled players but as you are a skilled player, you have no need for any additional bonuses and we congratulate you for your success.

    Sincerely,

    Pavel

The heck does that mean? Every game they have at their casino has a HA. How skilled can I possibly be at games that I have to lose at in the long run. I played at this casino one time like 6 weeks ago and won like $150. So now they're mad and preemptively sending me this email! I didnt even try to deposit or request a bonus or anything. Well, before this I might have gone back and played their again. But if they're gonna go out of their way to piss me off, then I have no reason to give them my money. Nice CS morons.

    Unskilled?????

    What are these casinos expecting....?

For all their customers to be morons placing $500 bets in Black Jack??

The worst excuse a company can give you is that one... If you are winning and you are not allowed to receive bonuses is one thing...

So what is the purpose of the bonus?? To hook adicts so they can loose all their money ??

Bonuses should be for everyone... if you are winning..ok.. lets talk about it. But denying bonus with the unskilled players speach?? Too lame

    Honesty

While this sucks, they are at least honest and up front about it. Others seem to introduce "bugs" in the bonus claiming process, delay cash-outs etc.

To claim that a player is "too good" is probably an indication that their bonuses are pretty good, but are there to allow the "morons" to lose more slowly so they keep playing. To play the "skilled player" card after a minor $150 win 6 weeks ago seems a little over the top.

Sadly, as a player of Fruit Machines here in the UK, I, and many other, "skilled players" have suffered the indignity of being slung out of gaming premises when our pockets start to bulge too much Bookies are the same, winning punters find their bets refused and have to go online or sell their methods on.

I note that Intertops actually have a term that bans anyone who is ahead overall from receiving promotions until they have lost enough!!!

A GOOD casino will treat all players the same, win or lose. If they want to help a losing, but regular, player they will offer an extra bonus on a personal basis.

Any casino that bans winners from ongoing loyalty bonus is asking for a "whoring" from the bonus "abusers", who are not interested in ongoing loyalty anyway.

I don't really know much about BTD, but I have to say that is the most hilarious e-mail I have ever seen! The ONLY thing, really,ANY casino online has to sell is their credibility. It seems as if this one is claiming "bonus abuse" IN ADVANCE of it actually taking place.

At any rate, the terminology is so subjective, I can see up front that "skilled player" pretty much means anyone who has had a lucky streak or two.

What I REALLY like is the phrase which says: "We offer bonuses to help...." What a laugh!

    Thank you for posting this.

For some of you, I'm not sure how a casino could ever win. Noone wants them to come take it back after the fact, but they say openly we no longer want to give you bonuses in the future. Seems like a fair thing to do. Imagine how many posts wouldn't exist in this area if all casinos did that.

    Exaclty.

I received that same letter some time ago and actually appreciated it. Saves the hassle of having accounts locked, payments delayed, queries ignored etc. when a casino decides they don't like you anymore.

    Hahahaha,
So obviously as soon as I received the email that I posted at the beginning of this thread I replied to it asking for clarification. I got no response whatsoever for over a week. But now, as soon as I posted it on this forum i received the following private message

    Hi Atherm,

My name is Ben and I am the Head of Marketing at BeTheDealer Casino.

I recently read your posting on Casinomiester's forum entitled "Be The Dealer is full of ****".

While it is unfortunate that you feel this way, you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

If you could, would you please send me your BeTheDealer account username? I want to make sure that you did not receive that mail in error. It is possible that a mistake has been made, and if this is the case, I'd like to rectify the situation immediatley.

    Regards,

    Ben

Now by a show of hands, who thinks that I should provide them with my user name to check on this "error"!?!?! Even if it was an error I would never play at their casino again. And forgive me if I am more than a little skeptical as to what their real intentions are.

Be the dealer is a good casino in my experience. And this forum is very strange sometimes. In this case casino decided not to give any more bonuses to the player (they could do it,actually, without any explanation). The player starts to blackmail the casino and even uses bad words. And see what...Nobody of the forum's member says even one word against that. And when some time ago some casino stole my winnings (not refused the bonus) there was a bunch of casino defenders here posting and explaining to me the meaningless terms like "bonus abuse", "the right to withhold whenever and whatever".

What the hell are you complaining about?

Clearly they are writing to you in-advance (and very politely), that you are no longer eligible for bonuses because of bonus abuse.

I wish more casinos would do this instead of all the other stunts that they pull normally, such as witholding bonuses, or even voiding winnings after the fact.

I don't often hear good things about BTD, but this is the most professional and fair way of handling bonus abuse, and they deserve kudos for that.
