WilliamHill closed my account and wired support experience

I open new account at williamhill casino at May 2; have not received $80 signin bonus, send email to ask help.

    1st email from williamhill:

We have checked your account details and can confirm that you are not in the bonus scheme. If you would like to receive bonuses in the casino, go to www.willhill.com, login with your username and password, go to 'my account' and 'casino specific information', you will find the option to join the bonus scheme there. Alternatively contact us again and we will amend your account.

Although I do not understand what they are talking about, I found I can not login my account; send email to ask help.

    2nd email from williamhill:
Due to failed security check our Security Department require that you provide the following documentation for identification purposes:

    * Copies of the front and back of the credit/debit card used to deposit onto your William Hill Account. Please ensure the back your card is signed.
    * A recent copy of a bank statement showing the credit/debit card number for the card you used to deposit onto your William Hill account and full postal address.
    * A copy of your passport or driving licence.

I deposit by neteller, and do not want to show two side of credit cart to anybody, send email to ask help.

    3rd email from williamhill:

We apologise for the error caused on the e-mail you received from us.

Please note that at the moment you are using Neteller as a payment methos in your William Hill account, you will not be required to send us any card details.

Just provide the following so as to process your query:

    - Any utility bill with your name and adress
    - Copies of your photo id.

OK, I provide my document to them.

    4th email from williamhill:

Your account has been permanently closed due to poker collusion

William Hill have various methods of monitoring play at tables, from software to live person. The poker room is monitored and supported on a 24/7 basis. In the event that we are alerted of a player practicing unfair game play at the tables, their account will be suspended pending clarification of their game activity. In the interest of fair game play, should the card room manager believe that players are playing in collusion, the players in question will have their accounts suspended immediately and permanently. The funds of $80 has been sent back to your Neteller account and your William Hill account has been permanently closed.

I am confused. I have to say I have not play any williamhill poker, actually I have no any chance to play any game there. But it looks like they are talking about real story, I have to send email again.

    5th email from williamhill:

We apologise for the previous email you received, it was sent out to you in error.

We have checked account as requested and have withdrawn your initial deposit of $80.00 back to your Neteller account. The remaining funds will remain in your account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, whereby we reserve the right to withhold any bonus. The complete ruling states

"The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Casino and/or its authorised agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion".

Please note, therefore, that you are no longer permitted to access or play in any of our Casinos or Poker rooms. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to withhold any winnings you obtain from fraudulently accepting the Casino bonus and any further account you open will be closed and your existing accounts may be permanently closed.

I only confirm they fund back ; but I wonder what kind of mistakes they make this time.

It looks like that you got all the stock responses from them. Look on the bright side, they actually replied to your e-mails, which is more than what I got.

    William Hill

    David,

William Hill is legit, CS may need some help though.
But what funds were remaining in your account if you never played?

Just move on, there are plenty of other choices to make online.

That vast majority of theses things come up when a player makes withdrawals.

Maybe someone had previously set up an account with the same IP utilizing your computer or network. Casinos have every right to do this and you have every right to play other places.

I have recently noticed that Will Hill is not playing by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission's Atlantic City Black Jack rules. Specifically, I cannot double down on my first two cards. Appearantly, their software won't allow new deposits after the first bet has been placed. (Actually, I can deposit, but I can't bring the chips to the game.) Thus, the game is effectively "table stakes", but this is not AC blackjack rules, which they claim.

I have sent several emails without response.

Is this worth complaining further about this, or will they ban me for exposing this?

I have had a good experience with them up to now with them.

    David,

From your post, it sounds like WH has some very confused support.

Having said that, there's plenty of other casinos out there, including several other Crypto's. Have you tried InterCasino or Littlewoods?

If you got your money back, I'm not sure what there is to bitch about. They did waste your time, but they're not required to accept you as a player, anymore than you're required to play there.
