Wager21 has a history of this kind of behavior. I ran into the same type of situation a few years back. I actually won a bit and Tom told me since I wanted my entire balance sent to Neteller, this was typical of cheaters who charge back their card purchases. My account was locked for about 6-7 months. Finally, the remaining amount arrived in the mail. I was even blocked via email so anything I sent was bounced back. Very frustrating trying to deal with this group.
