I have to like the software,I don't like the parley like 123 bingo knights and etc.I also look for garenteed payout prize ( like top of every hour a $100 blackout game,no counting the prize down)I also look at how chat bonuses are won and how long of time to collect them ( good for 10 - 14 days to collect)if there is a max amount your allowed ( not a real biggie ),and how long you have to cashout ( some say you have to be active which means you have had to make a deposit within the last 14 days some sooner or longer,i perfer the longer amount of days to cashout like 14 to 30 days)if you have a playthur on chat bucks ( a big no for me) those are what i look for.I've only been playing online bingo for 5 years now and every time i find a good place i like they either change software or change the rules on bingo bucks and bonuses.I am real careful on where i will play,I don't like throwing my money away to places that won't pay if i win.I also try and read some posts and ask players in chat if the site really pays it's players. If there are players complaining than it's a big turn off for me.But you just have to take a chance and hope for the best.hope this helps you.by the way what is the name of the site you are trying to get going???? thank you

In online bingo, i usually look for the beautiful graphic interface, the bonuses and the advantages or benefits i could get while playing with them. Also, good community and reputation is an additional too.
I read the bonus withdrawal rules carefully. If non depositor, bonus players are allowed in the pay to play rooms, I do not play there. IMHO only... I consider these players house players. I feel it grossly unfair that some can play for free and win funds they cannot withdraw, taking from those who pay real cash money to win AND be able to withdraw if they choose..
A bonus player room can easily be set up with a Chat host on duty to answer all questions, throw a few bonus bucks and create the "feel" of what the site is like, refuting what some sites use as an excuse for having these bonus players in a pay to play room.
I ask all questions that come to mind BEFORE playing and carefully monitor the length of time and directness of responses received.
Before depositing, it is always a good idea to contact support for any site you have never played to ascertain you do not already have an account there which could cause you grief at withdrawal time, due to "duplicate accounts". Many networks only allow you one account for all of their sites, where others allow one account per site.
I look for bogus "seals of approval" or "award" sheilds on the homepage that create a false sense of security for the player. I believe all of these are "clickable" and will lead you to the site who issued them. If they are not a credible source, IMHO, they are bogus. Anyone can make and give a seal, but I only pay attention to those who are reputable in the industry.
Last but far from least, I find out who the site I am considering playing with, is connected to.. example: BreaktheBankBingo leads you directly to 123bingoonline, but it does not state this on their site.

A good bingo site needs a good interface like Ruby Bingo. There are features on the site interface like sounds and animation which will keep you interested in the game.
I agree with all the above but my most important thing is that the chat hosts are caring and helpful. When you find a good bingo site, they make you feel welcome and part of the community there right away. It's nice to be welcomed by name when you enter a room by a real person!![]()

I have played bingo online for many years, as does my sister, we both like completely different software that different sites use, that is one of the things that draws us to a particular site, obviously deposit bonus will draw players to the site, its keeping them there is the problem lol.... I personnally would stay with a site, due to the chat hosts, people and prize money. Dont forget about the slots as well, slot tournaments are a good idea for those of us that like that too.
Lots of cascade sites give you a 50% redeposit bonus on each deposit, where as Virtue fusion dont offer any such promotion, they do have monthly VIP promotions, which really aren't enough to compare, which is unfortunate as i am a virtue fusion girl
The one other major issue I have seen with online bingo sites are their withdrawal times, 48 hour period where you can reverse your withdrawals or part of, but even if you withdraw part of your with drawal you are bk to the beginging of the 48 hour waiting period!! There should be no such thing as a reverse withdrawal, its far to tempting to do just that and obviously that is how these sites get their money back off people.
I do think above all really look after your loyal players as they will stay loyal if you do!!instead of trying to get new people to join with bonus etc that are only joining to claim a bonus, if you look after the loyal players they will never go anywhere else, that is for sure!
Good Luck! x
In online bingo it great GUI is one of the most attractive and of course the amount of bonus you can get when you start out.![]()

A heads up to players at NewBingoBilly on their 1-2-3 to go games. The following is NOT for or against the site, just an FYI for you bingo players. This site uses Parlay software. It is designed to take your cash BEFORE it takes the deposit bonus you may get. Should you win on your bonus AFTER your cash is gone, you may only request a very small portion of the win. In the sites defense, you also can opt out of any bonuses for this particular promotion.
