Angry Just a warning to other bingo players.

I play alot of bingo sites, And today decided to try BingoHollywood as they offered 300% bonus match. Anyway playing along in a 10p a ticket room no problems and i was buying 12 tickets a game. Every game was same price and then without warning the price changed to 25p a Ticket and at this point I had decided to buy 72 tickets, But I had not noticed the price change, There was no warning or sound given. So I thought It was 10p a ticket still, Anyway instead of paying £7.20 It charged me £18. I realised after I hit the buy button what had happened. I said to CM what had happended and asked for the tickets to be made void and return money as game had not started. But they said nothing they can do. I simply said to them i think it wrong that no warning given about the price change, And CM ignored me. Of course i Lost in that game. I was like cant you refund for the tickets i did not mean to buy as there was no warning. I mean every game was 10p a ticket for every game since i been in the room and then it changed. Anyway the CM decided to chat ban me after I called them a bunch of scammers.

Anyway, Wanted to warn other players be careful at BingoHollywood, You wont get any warning at price change and support are not very understanding or supportive.

I know it was my fault for not checking price, But when it had been the same price for every game I played and not changed since i signed up and played in that room, You go into auto mode, I assumed every game was same price. And where ticket price is marked, It dont stand out too well.

Anyway, I closed my account with them and wont be returning because i feel like it was a trick in there part. Other bingo sites Ive played, Ive always got a warning if prices change.

    hi there

i have played on bingo hollywood as well, there are many sites that the price of the game changes with no warning many on the casava network. I have seen people complain in chat many times about it and there is nothing the chat hosts can do about. good luck with your bingo playing and may you win big x

This belongs to the revenue giants along with bingoformoney.com,vics-bingo.com,slotsvillage.com,. bingohall.com,winwardcasinogroup.com.
They have in the past been removed from accredited review and player advocate sites for various reasons including stalling on payments, poor response time, refusing winnings to players without valid cause and suspicion of houseplayer activity to name a few.
You, or anyone would be advised to check the site out yourself before handing over any cash to them. Watch the winners list, read the rules concerning playthru and depositing/withdrawing.
Every site comes off like they are the best thing since sliced bread, but the proof lies in what YOU think of it, how they deal with their clients and the fairness of their self regulated and imposed rules. There is not one bingo site that does not have a wealth of same winners on a daily basis..If you have discovered one, please turn me onto it, I need a breath of air from drowning in the little cliches and routine excuses from chat hosts and support employees why this happens. There is something they all have in common that provides for a daily defying of odds and chance when the winner is selected. Lady luck is fickle and does not dwell for months and months with the same agenda or person, and when that appears to be happening, it is not luck alone that is defining the outcome. I do not beleive the fairy tale about any site having no control over their "winners" to any degree at all! That is the common response, and it is without a doubt one of the hugest shared lies I have ever heard. If you are not psychic and find yourself being able to choose the next winner from a small group of players in a crowded room, time to STOP being a contributor and get the hell out of there.
