I signed up at bingo hall and got a no deposit bonus to try their site out.i played and won enough to cashout.i put in my withdrawal request and it was denied because i hadnt given them my UseMyWallet account number.that was my mistake.so on this site you can only request one withdrawal once a week.so i had to wait another week.at this point it started to seem like this was just another shady site so i look at their terms more carefully.come to find out that they only pay money won on bonuses to neteller.well i am from the usa so it is imposibble for me to cash that out.long story short i talk to customer service and they verified this and i simply asked them "why do you allow players from the usa to accept your free money offers when you know ahead of time they are unable to cash it out?" the rep wouldnt answer me and after i asked 4 times the rep cut my chat session off.some of these bingo site are more roguish and shady then some of the worst online casinos.most site wont even post their withdrawal methods on their sites.im through with these bingo sites.they operate on deception and are so quick to accept your deposit but god forbid you want to withdraw,they implement so many rules,terms,etc,its imposibble.i tell ya people like these bingo sites have to hide behind their computers when they do this cause if this was how a land based establisment operated neither the mangement or the establishment would last more than a day.

rockycatt, of course you can cash out, were you trying and got any problem? need some help? please let me know I'll check it for you.

Gamblerx, Please allow me to first apologized if you did not get a reply by our dedicated support agents and that the chat session was ended as you explained, if you can email me the chat script I can forward it to management to take the right actions to avoid this from happening again, or if you have more info on the time and date it happened and your username, we can get the chat script ourselves as well, you and everyone that request support shall always receive an answer, I will investigate if I have more info and ensure it will never happen again.

Now regarding the free money rule, most of bingo sites do not allow you to withdraw any winnings made only from free money, however we allow it but with some restrictions, it is an old rule we have for many years and the only change that was once considered was not to allow withdrawals from free money at all. i.e to remove it completely like other sites do and avoid those questions about the rules, but it was then decided to leave as is as players already were used to it and applied by those rules to cash out their withdrawals made from free money. Those rules are stated clearly and you accepted them when you confirmed your registration at BingoHall.

Bingohall is a very reputable site we are online for almost 10 years, we were always decent with our players and are treating them as a part of our extended family, please I ask you to check our blogs and all forums and see that BingoHall reputation speaks for itself.
