Thank-you all. I want to report that one of the players that supposedly had the issue resolved still has not been paid as of this am. I know for a fact that the player could have been paid as Mr.Todd and Mr. Green were discussing these issues as a phone call would have put her winnings where she requested them to be. I can resolve any issue to my hearts content in my own mind but if I go public and state that an issue has been resolved and then state that $10,000 has been collected and paid out then I better put up, if I want to keep my credibility.
To some they may say wow $10,000 collected for players, break that up into the 5 cases they stated were resolved works out to approximately $2,000 per player give or take a few dollars. Yes it helps, but only helps if the players receive the monies. $10,000 is a drop in the bucket of what players
have coming to them, and I for one am not ready to jump on the band wagon and say all is forgiven.

I have not hidden the fact that I am a staff member of BPU from the members of this forum. I am a Player Advocate I tried to work with GW getting one of the above players money to no avail and then worked with J.Todd and was advised by e-mail from J.Todd that the player I was representing would be paid her full request, and to watch Fri. Oct.31st
video where all could see that all past issues with GW were resolved in favor of the players. I have been reading CM forum for a long time and other forums as well and I am well aware that $10,000 does not represent all past
issues with GW.

I feel ashamed to be in the same community with a man like JTodd that claims to be a player advocate and is so boldly and brazenly contorting the truth and inviting cronies and pals to hurl insults and flaming remarks at myself and the other volunteers of BPU because we do not agree with his alignment with GW. It will not affect our position or intentons to continue in the best way we know how to assist players in getting earned funds from errant bingo sites. His invitational and self edited comments at utube by those that really have no idea what is going on are without doubt one of the seediest and uncalled for acts of desperation that I have witnessed since I was in the 3rd grade.
His anti-BPU tirade will serve no purpose other than to salve his conscious about lying to players, sleeping with a corrupt gamng group, and turning the "fight" he speaks of into no more than a profit motivated business.
Perhaps that is enough for him, but there is no redemption there, only a temporary disingenuous glory.

Present one side and one side only. Don't let anyone who might stumble on that fine piece of journalism know the truth. Keep em all in the dark, and water em once in a while...sorta like mushrooms.

I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but I can not. Also I have searched within myself to see if I would have different views if the player I was representing had received her monies after the Oct.31st video made by Mr. Todd and I would'nt have different views.

When I dealt with Mr. Green of GW and Mr.Todd of the APCW I did so with professionalism and respect. Mr. Todd has shown nothing but disrespect for the members of Casino Meister and BPU, he has called members dumb asses and rabid dogs and made many other statements regarding this
Watch Dog group and BPU.


He is appalled that he was questioned why some haven't been paid yet from his infamous CA trip where all concerns were resolved, when they could have been paid out while he and Mr. Green sat chit chatting if in fact GW was going to make good on the claims.
He stated we all jumped on the band wagon, when monies were not received promptly and said the norm for cash outs is 20 to 40 days, in reading such a statement it is hard to believe that he would find this acceptable, as I am sure a player waiting for a cash out most certainly wouldn't.
He has allowed derogatory remarks, half truths and false statements to be made his on censored utube space, because they either agree with his views or felt they would hurt others, but will not allow rebuttal to some of these statements. He has taken credit for the work of others(but to set the record straight I did thank Mr. Todd for his help). He has shown no respect for any here at CM or any other site that have worked diligently to help players and keep players informed of what is going on in the world of On Line Gambling.

A Member of this forum stated we should all work together and I agree fully with that statement, but to work to-gether there has to be mutual respect for each other. Half truths, fabrication of facts and the inability to communicate in a mature manner does not bode well for either respect or working together.

In closing I would like to take time to thank-you the members of this forum for the work you all do by continuing to discuss subjects concerning the world of On Line Gambling.

I posted this last night, which he actually did allow through.

I replied with something along the lines of:

Gambling Wages are crooks, and always will be. They have made it their business model to rip people off.

If anyone wants "evidence", then simply go to Casinomeister.com and type Cool Cat Casino, Palace of Chance, Cirrus or Club Player into the search function. This should give anyone all the evidence/proof they need.

That isn't verbatim, but it's pretty damn close. Besides me calling Gambling Wages crooks, which they are....what did I say that is so offensive that it cannot be posted under that video?

It is perfectly okay for JTodd/APCW to come here and USE this forum, to further their own cause, which is purely self promotion. But, it is not okay for me to simply tell people to come to this exact same forum and read the dozens upon dozens of threads relating to these crooks, thus allowing them to be TRULY informed.

Could someone explain to me why it's okay for them to use this forum to lie to people, and to self promote, and promote crooked casinos? But it's not okay for me to use this forum to at least give newbies a fighting chance to know the real truth?

I believe it is more than obvious to anyone who has followed JT for any amount of time will see that he is talkin out his azz cuz his mouth KNOWS better. He says he has recovered monies no one else could.

I have reviewed every piece of communication to and from JTodd through my teammate Sherry concerning Julia. There has yet to be a payment made to the very first complaint on the list (Julia) Todd removed from his forum. The other complaints are not within my arena so I don't know about them.

We have challenged him to provide any kind of proof that Julia (always1togo) has, in fact, received her payment that she was promised. Todd has chosen to join many sites in their common practice of NO RESPONSE. Actually his statement was something to the effect of "resolved". To most that would mean "paid". Am I misunderstanding the meaning of "resolved"??

GPWA announced that they "aquired" the apcw. I understood Todd to announce something totally different. What has actually happened here?

Yes I am going to bitch because YOU LIE! But I will not resort to your tactics of name calling. You did NOT get one players money back. That is all I am sure of. Is Todd not required to prove what he calls truth? Is it just okay with those of us who have been ridiculed and made to seem small in comparison that he obviously continues to mislead and misinform??

I have the utmost respect for MOST all CM's posters. I am awed by their information, knowledge and abilities to put their thoughts in a manner that leaves no one wondering what their intentions are. IF JTodd can ever reach the standards used by those truly trying to put a good foot forward to help this industry, he may one day be able to not act the clown, aquire some professionalism and learn that calling people fruitcakes and rabid dogs just won't get him where he SAYS he to want to be.
