I have heard many people talk about there superstitions when it comes to bingo, so I thought I would share them with all of you.

1. Many have a lucky seat which they will arrive very early to be able to sit in their lucky seat.

2. Many have a lucky dauber that they use when playing. Blue seems to be the luckiest color of all.

3. Some consider it extremely unlucky to leave money on the table. They believe this means a person has won to much already.

4. Lucky clothes are also a superstition which many follow. They have a lucky shirt, pants, shoes, underclothing etc...

5. Some seek the luck of the bingo caller. They ask the person who is calling the bingo numbers to touch their tickets.

6. Some will ask for bingo books from the center or bottem of the pile.

7. Several will not attend bingo if it is a full moon, as it is unlucky

8. Some refuse to play bingo if before heading out to the bingo hall they roll 2 dice and one lands on a 6.

I have heard so many superstitions when it comes to people playing bingo and was just wondering if anyone has any superstitions or if they have heard of any.

Some people will only buy cards from certain runners.

Get up and walk around your chair to change your luck.

When I was playing bingo alot, I had my lucky seat and lucky dauber too. My only superstition was to have 2 packs of cigs (was a smoker then) and a good lighter.

Some people brought their lucky elephants, trunks up of course. They rubbed them over their cards. Some even had horseshoes.

Some would change dauber colors if they didn't bingo.

My superstitions when playing bingo are, always enter the hall (or casino) with your left foot first. Also never buy cards from a redhead. It sounds silly, but I do win a lot, lol.
