I hope I get a reply by afew people that played at 123 to give me any good news or bad news about them. Or if anyone here at CM's gives some feed back on this as well it would be appreciated. And that if they treat the players & the affiliates with respect and play fair. Thanks B-T

I would not recommend them. I played there once, many months ago. Since then I have received numerous promotions from them, however, I am never able to log in to my account. All e-mails I have sent them about this have been ignored. I play at onlinebingo.com. They are great. Always answer questions, resolve issues quicly and pay!

I would stay far away from that place! Even if I trusted the site, which I don't, the playthrough requirements make it hard to ever cash out. They give you massive bonuses because they don't want you to be able to cash out:
http://123bingo.com/rules.php Withdrawal Policy 1. Player may request one (1) withdrawal per seven day period. No withdrawals are permitted within 15 days from initial registration of an account. 2. Your Deposit plus Bonus made must be wagered three (3) times on Bingo games or fifteen (15) times on Casino Games before being eligible to request a withdrawal. 3. Withdrawal requests are processed once a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Player must make the withdrawal request before 11:59 PM (EST) on Mondays and Thursdays. 4. Minimum withdrawal request is $50. ALL withdrawal requests below $50 will be rejected. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo and casino game winnings is $5000 ($1250 per week). 5. Winnings derived from any complimentary promotional Bonus Bucks received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal if the Player's Bingo Account has not previously been funded with a cash deposit within the last 30 days. Player must deposit $25 or more prior to requesting a withdrawal. 6. Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BB’s left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. Example: A Player "x" has $370 cash in account and $250 BB’s. Player withdraws $200 cash leaving $170 cash in account. Player's BB’s will be reduced to 170. 7. In order to ensure the withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal MUST send us a proof of ID and proof of residential address (phone bill or similar). These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details will result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent toll free (for U.S. residents) via fax to (866) 878-2214, or scanned and sent by email to documents@123Bingo.com. 8. Withdrawal of deposited funds will be issued within 7 business days of being approved by our accounting department. In specific cases, a check will be sent directly to the player by courier. The charge for sending out a check, ($28.00-45.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal. The checks will only be sent out every other week on approved withdrawals. |

Thank You Sassy1
And on top of it I emailed them afew days ago and no reply. If I don't get a reply in 3 to 4 days it's a place I can't trust.

FEE?
Why is there a fee for sending a check? One for 28.00 to 45.00 is outrageous!
An envelope and first class postage..... a person to stuff the check in the envelope and send it on its way. That seems like a job duty that should encompass the normal operations where the exchange of money will occur. The site should absorb the cost of mailing a stinkin check! Yet another way to stick it to the player! It is like buying a loaf of bread and they charge you 10.00 for the wrapper if you want to keep the slices together! These sites give you bonus bucks as an enticement to deposit, then take them away when you withdraw. Get the message? The only thing that is free is the download of software for the privilege of participating. After that, it is a continual dig into your pocket activity if you wish to play the game. In between attempts to communicate and get any lucid, reliable and correct answers from the ever helpful support teams, the time elapses for a withdrawal request ( it is just fate) and you are denied,so you use the intended withdraw funds for play, and it is back to snafu! Situation Normal All Fouled Up. You can use this for any bingo site techniques...there is very little variable in one site to another.Manipulated mayhem, complicated chaos with a side dish of glitch gravy. Now, that's what I call entertainment! |

Not saying it's ok to charge for checks - the cost needs to come from elsewhere in their budget.
But - it costs a bunch for an online gambling place to make payments these days. It's not as simple as it is for you and me to mail a check - it has to be funnelled through two or more processors who charge an arm and a leg due to UIGEA. From what I see in this industry the UIGEA has given raise to a band of cutthroat processors, and the casinos/bingos/pokers have no choice but to pay up. Processors can charge whatever they like nowadays. It's a shame but was predictable - prohibition gives raise to crime, always has and always will. Let's hope that the fact that the US banks will not implement UIGEA as instructed will pave the way to regulation...

From what I see in this industry the UIGEA has given raise to a band of cutthroat processors, and the casinos/bingos/pokers have no choice but to pay up. Processors can charge whatever they like nowadays. **************** If you want a product or service, regardless of what it is, you will pay. Unless a person has a real psychological dependency on gambling online, it is a WANT, not a need. With the price of gasoline, we have to decide whether we need it or want it, and in what quantity. What is truly necessary for survival or what compliments our comfort may be an appropriate method of making a valid decision. With the status of online gaming, the window of opportunity is open for site owners, processors, involved participants to extract whatever the traffic will bear. No regulation means a freewheeling form of extortion disguised as "fee for entertainment services", unabated and unmonitored. If you are willing to pay the price....accept it and enjoy the entertainment you pay for. If not, dont feed the moneymongers, dont advocate their right to gouge you and dont accept their inherent claim of omnipotent power. What's fair is fair, but many sites do not share in that concept. If a site has to pay outrageous costs for money transfers and they want to pass that overhead on to clients to increase their profit margin, that may be a reasonable business decision in the name of revenue. It may be 40.00 this week and 80.00 next week...how much are you willing to pay to be entertained. Seems to me it is less costly to put 25.00 in your tank and go to a land structure where there are no elaborate rules, no playthrough, regulations are in place and you might even get a free drink. |
