    BingoVega Not Paying Wins

BingoVega ~ CasinoVega Not paying wins AGAIN

Asking for information from anyone who may know what person to contact for help to make BingoVega meet their obligations, or for someone with the power to "make them pay attention" to email the right person in charge and give them a heads up as to what they are doing to make online gambling look very bad to potential customers of ANY online bingo site.

BingoVega owes 2 players money from winnings. Player "A" requested a $1,600. withdrawal and was approved. She left 223.00 in her account to play on. 2 days later her account was closed for chat room etiquette reasons. She said the wrong thing. Please note that her account was NOT closed until AFTER her withdrawal had been approved. After some communication, her account was reopened and she was invited back to play but WITHOUT chat privileges. When she went back into her account, the $1,600. was gone. Not in pending withdrawals, and no where to be found. She is still trying to find out what happened to it. They told her she could cashout the 223. if she chose but will not address the $1,600. issue.

Player "B" won $21,000. on a slots win (screen shot provided). She requested a withdrawal in December and was stalled until she had flowed back down to $14,700. She then requested that amount as a withdrawal. That was approved the first part of January. To date she has received 2 $500. payments on that. The agreement was $500. weekly (as advertised in r&r) with expedited cashout if available at the time, to be reviewed frequently for availability of expedited funds. Now.... this player has received an email "proposal" that WHEN she has the negative feed removed from BPU, they will continue pay her. She has not posted anything negative at BPU or anywhere that I am aware of. Blackmail by any other name is still blackmail. Is there not someone within the "industry" who has the power to stop this?

This has been a very long and drawn out issue. The details can be viewed at the link below.

Thanks for permission to enter the following link Bryan.

seems to me that the online bingo rooms are the worst of the rogues, everytime i turn around there is a new thread about a bingo room keeping someones funds because they said something wrong in chat, big "F'ING" deal, and a $500 a week limit?what a joke...with thousands of bingo halls and a freakin vfw hall in every one trick pony town why waste money and time with online bingo, nah mean
if practice makes perfect, yet nobodies perfect, then why practice?

BingoVega is notorious for staling payouts. About 2 years ago I had a $1000 payout request. It took them a month to pay me two $500 payouts. Once I finally received all I was owed I emailed Mike the hallmanager and told him to close my account. He replied back asking why, I told him straight out I don't play at sites that take a month to payout $1000.

    New and Improved BingoVega

    Hi All,

First off, my sincerest apology for hearing that you had an unpleasant time at BingoVega.com. We've made a ton of improvement in the past few months to the member experience and community at Bingovega.com.

I'm sure if you visit BingoVega, poke around our community blog
    • http://blog.bingovega.com
    or

    visit our player testimonial page:
    • http://www.bingovega.com/paasBVA/bva/showpage.action?s=vega_community&page=player_testi monials

you'll see that Vega is a different and credible site then the one
that's currently portrait below. As a matter of fact, we've been working closely with Gina the owner of Bingo Player Union to address the past issues.

And if you need further confirmation that Vega is not the site that's
currently portrait below, perhaps being voted one of the top 5 online bingo sites in the US by WhichBingo readers in 2008 is a good indication that BingoVega is fun-filled and secure bingo community.

If you have any doubts, concerns or questions, I'd love to hear from you on this forum or on my personal email cindy@bingovega.com.

If you like to take the new and improved Bingovega.com for a spin and see for yourself all the positive changes, let me know and I'll be able to provide you a little extra bonus. Thanks for reading.

Are you going to address ANY of the accusations that the OP made, or are you just here to shill? ...using a form letter/canned response, at that?

These are some pretty serious accusations, so I think it warrants a little bit more than posting a link to testimonials and such......that were probably written by in-house staff anyways...or at the very least, compensation was given to the players to write one.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    Cindy,
with all due respect, all this "we are the best, and we made tons on efforts to blah-blah-blah" I have already heard from almost every Casino or Bingo or Poker Room (I'm not saying, that it's not true). But what I WANT to hear is: "Sorry for inconvenience, we will look into it, and will let you now about results". Do you have anything to say about players' issues? Thank you.

I tried the 10.00 trial on the slots Cindy, found the slots were alot different from what im used to playing but it was a change. I would like to see someone from the casino or perhaps you address these players issues before i even think of making a real deposit and im pretty sure others are thinking the same thing.

The trust factor between the Members on this forum and the Reps that post is pretty sacred and we judge those reps based on how they respond to players issues and input they have concerning the gambling arena, we are a fair bunch and will treat you just as fair, there are so many on here that can spot B/S dead on but they remain fair and open minded. I hope to see you answer those issues or maybe work it out via Maxd or Bryan and the players involved.............laurie edit: Just noticed that also Marie, have these folks been paid Cindy and issues resolved?

Um - you're bumping up a thread that is over a year old. It would have been better to PM this individual instead of dredging this up.

And you'd have to admit that your post is a slightly spammy. Not a good way to address a grievance. Don't tout how great you are; just deal with the problem.
