Thanks everyone, this is very kind of you.
This story is as true as they get. We met right here on CM in June last year. It wasn't long before we started discussing both this and that in PM's and before you knew it, we talked to each other on a daily basis.
It took a while for me to work up the courage to actually call her on the phone but with that out of the way, we celebrated last christmas and new year's together(over Yahoo IM and as together as you can be 5100 miles apart
).
By then I knew she was the one for me; smart, witty and generally fun to be around. The fact that she was a looker didn't hurt either
We met face to face for the first time on neutral ground in London earlier this year and spent a fantastic week together, hitting up West End for some spectacular shows and went out to dine in the best restaurants every night. By far the best week of my life up until then.
All good things come to an end and eventually, we had to part at Heathrow. But as things were, there was no way I was going to stay out of her reach for long. So I went back home and started to plan the big move. Within days, I had closed the business, packed my bags and was ready to go. I touched down in the desert on april 21st after a loooong flight, exhausted and worn out but ready to meet the sweetest woman of all.
Even though we haven't been married for that long, I do not have a single regret and haven't looked back, not even once. Every day is a great one and it's all thanks to my Cynthia.
