    neteller

    I tried to register with neteller but for some reason they will not accept the state of Maryland. Do you have any idea why. I think they accept every other state except this one.

    if i remember corrctly maryland tried to get them to collect taxes or something like that so neteller no longer accepts sign ups from maryland
