my wife won $300 fair and square from windows casino. they just continuously seem to be lying to her. they approved her and said they sent the check over 4 weeks ago and everytime she would talk to someone on live support they would give her a different excuse each time. now they told her Monday they have re-issued a new check and she should receive it the first of next week. she wrote to the manager and never got a response. I was just wondering if there is any way that you could help her get her money?

Why did you pick Windows Casino to play at??

They have one of the worst reputations in the industry, and your situation is commonplace with them.

And the owner of Windows Casino, Tony Friedman, is an arrogant and lying thief.

she didn`t put her own money in there it was on a free coupon for $3 and they approved the cashout and claimed they sent it to her, but said it got lost so are supposed to be sending her another, which I doubt if she will ever see. I always check around especially here before I put my own money into a place. So do you think she will get it or can that just be marked as experience?

I would keep after them, with e-mails on a daily basis, until you get the money. They probably won't respond to many, (if any) as that's Windows and RTG's standard M.O.

The amount isn't all that much, so they will probably pay you eventually, as long as you make it obvious that you are not just going to "go away".
