I have to share this with you. I am fighting with CoolCat over their withdrawal processes and I tell them that I read at your site they are not to be trusted. So I copied and sent it to them and also showed live help.
His response was that people that write in forums are disgruntled players that have been banned by good casinos and thus are bad-mouthing them.

I told him who he was talking about (in case he didn't know you) that you were a trusted source and a helpful source in dealing with bad casinos. He wasn't impressed but lo and behold today my withdrawal was finally approved,(6 business days since withdrawal)(8 actual days) but now I have to wait 24-48 hours for it to show up in my neteller account. I sure hope it does.
So, maybe your name does carry some weight out there after all.

I've never bothered to open an account over there, and I never plan to.

It's a shame when customer support feeds their players loads of bullshit. I have some classic emails from disgruntled players of Virtual Casino Most of these guys don't know a thing about the industry. Which is fine. They are mostly working to put food on the table for their families, and I understand that.

Bear in mind (and they should too) Casinomeister is not merely a forum; that's about a third of the site. It's a conglomeration of news, casino information, webcasts, and all sorts of stuff that has been growing steadily for the past seven years.
