How can they log in? Is this a feature in VBulletin that lets them log in but just disables their posting rights? Just enquiring as your man that bestowed the Crapmeister title on you is listed on the who is online menu at the bottom of the board.

They will automatically be logged in, but they can't "see" the board. They have to be "logged out" to see anything, but they can't post or conduct searches. Most people understand that once you are banned, you're banned - and they don't come back. Some people just can't let go and sign up using other email addresses. Actually, come to think about it, only one person does this. I guess he has nothing better else to do.
