These sites have a history, it's up to you to avoid them or not. Over the past several years, there have been a number of complaints - mostly non-payments - that were either resolved or ignored. They also were involved with some dodgy stuff a few years back setting up a fake "Internet Gaming Commision" site. But they went through a change of ownership since then I believe - so things might be cool.
