    [RESOLVED] Mini Vegas group casinos

Most of this group's casinos are listed as reputable casinos, eg. Grandhotel, Colosseum.

In WOL, there are a few complaints about this groups. I looked at the web sites of the casinos and find out the terms:

To cash in your original purchase and bonus you MUST HAVE in your account at least the original amount purchased plus double the bonus ($/£100 purchased PLUS 2 x 100 match bonus PLUS 2 x 12 Sign in Bonus = $/£324) AND you MUST WAGER an amount equal to the purchase PLUS 5 times the amount of the Bonus (example: $/£100 purchased PLUS 5 x $/£100 bonus PLUS 5 x 12 Sign in Bonus = $/£660 wagered).

which means after you deposit say $1000 to the casino, get the bonus for $100 and then you wager say $10,000 (met the WR already) and your balance dropped to $800. You think that you would like to try another casino BUT YOU CAN"T withdraw the balance out becasue the balance is less than $1200(which is desposit $1000 + $100 bonus x 2) !!! though the WR is met!

What' a tough term! meaning that either you win at the casino or you will lose all your deposit. Actually I am stuck in such situation and wondering what to do next!!

How can these casinos be regarded as reputable casinos? This makes me to think twice about the other casinos in the list : are they really good and reputable.

    Hi Swin!

    And welcome to Casinomeister.

It may be a tough term, but thanks to the current state of fraudulent activity on the side of the players, this is something that they've implemented. It has nothing to do with "reputable"; it's protecting their business.

No one forces anyone to sign up for a bonus. This is strictly a player decision. If you don't like bonus terms and conditions, don't accept it. Simple as that.

"Reputable" is associated with how the business operates: if they are responsive to player issues, they are licensed in jurisdictions that provide gaming licenses, that they provide excellent customer service, etc. In most cases I meet with the operators or their reps personally. There are not too many webmasters who do this.

    Thanks Bryan for replying.

Anyway, I have a quite different views on the word "Reputable" and that's why Fortune Lounge who are famous for their late payment is on they list too becasue they do provide prompt Customer Service to delay their payment.

But these are not widespead occurances. Only in selected cases. Some of threads in the complaint section have illustrated this.
