credit card misuse

Can anyone help on this one? My bank has been billed for $49 for the last three months with an account identification which begins CCBILLEU followed by what looks like an account number. My bank say it is a card withdrawal but there is no one I have given permission to withdraw the same amount every month.I have only used this card for casino use. Anyone recognise where CCBILLEU might come from? Help would be appreciated.

EU is probably the locality.
Either you joined some porn sites which recured the billing itself without your permission (you had to cancel the trial membership) OR somebody stole your card.
