I was looking at joining the gaming club (per the banner on the site here), and noticed this in their T&C:

"In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard."

Is that true?? The way I read it is: "If there's a dispute, we can do whatever we want and our decision is final; and we won't even let you tell your side of the story."

Am I going to deep into it, or....?? Seems VERY harsh if that's the case.

Yeah, seems harsh - but you'll find this clause in just about any casino T&Cs. This is the management's way of saying "when we make a decision - it's final - there are bouncers at the door" they aren't obligated to pursue it further. That's were people like me can step in, or organizations like eCOGRA. Lest we forget Gaming Club is a member of eCOGRA - so you have this option which I prefer players to use so that eCOGRA can keep tabs on player issues.

ok thanks, I was taking it quite literally apparently - that there wasn't any other venue of resolution if there was a dispute.
