NETFLIP.COM OFFERS CASH INCENTIVES TO DOWNLOAD AND JOIN CERTAIN CASINO'S. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TAKING 8 OFFERS FROM THEM AND NOT BEING PAID YET FROM THEM ON SIX OFFERS. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND TO DATE HAVE GOTTEN SILENCE. I DID FIND ANOTHER SITE THAT REPORTS SCAMS AND OTHERS HAD EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING FROM NETFLIP.COM.
IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST, IF I WAS TAKEN, THEN OTHERS WILL BE TO. BEWARE OF NETFLIP.COM AND ALL THEIR SO-CALLED FAST CASH OFFERS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CASINO DECIDES IF YOU GET PAID, FROM ANOTHER SIMILAR SITE, I DON'T KNOW, BUT HERE ARE THE OFFERS TAKEN AND UNPAID:

It's unusual to have so many MGS casino complaints at one sitting so to speak.

I have a few casino contacts where I could try to assist if you wished. Were there wagering requirements and are you sure you met all of these? Did you use the tollfrees to talk to Support and if so what did they say? Have you tried to escalate your complaints beyond Support at any of the defaulting casinos?

What was the site url where you saw the other Netflip complaints?

Thank you Jetset for your response. The non payments were at and from Netflip.com, where these Casino's advertise and Netflip.com pays you to accept their offers and join these casino's. The lack of payment is legally Netflip's responsiblity even though the Casino's initiate the adds and pays the Netflip site.
The casino's I mentioned are the offers taken and downloaded and joined and met all the legal requirements to be paid by Netflip.com, the contracting company for the casino's. The casino's are third parties and may or may not be involved, or claim so.
I joined another casino, The Black Widow and this is where they told me that it was Black Widow that did not want to pay the finders fee, just as Netflip. I wrote back and explained that I had done everything by the book that was required and they changed their minds and agreed to pay me, regardless of what the widow wanted. Search Cactus told me that it is the casino's decision to pay the finders fee or not. If that is the same with all of these, I am not sure. But, I am sure that I did all that was required legally and contractually to be paid the finders fee when I accepted these offers and completed them.

The other sites that had similar complaints about not being paid by Netflip.com were;

I'm pretty sure that the casino operators concerned, regardless of Netflip's liability anyway would be alarmed at this sort of thing, because it obviously splatters them, too.

Has Netflip replied to your complaint and what have they said?

NETFLIP HAS BEEN TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE FOR ALL THE EMAILS SENT, WHICH ARE IN THE DOZENS. I WOULD BE VERY CONCERNED IF I WERE THESE CASINO'S TOO, AS IT DIRECTLY REFLECTS ON THEIR JUDGEMENT AND HONESTY AS WELL, YOU ARE CORRECT, AND IF THEY ARE THE SOLE DECISION MAKERS AS TO PAY OR NOT THEY ARE ALSO ACCOMPLICES IN THIS DUPLICITY.

As for getting paid by Netflip, this may be a problem. My guess is that they have made some CPA deals with marketing companies that represent these casinos and giving you a cut. Let's see if they will respond to me and give us an explanation.

Hi all,

Several of the casinos have contacted me, and so has the agency that has been dealing with Netflip. Netflip never answered my emails. Here is the rundown:

Gaming Club
Lucky Nugget
Showdown Casino
Jackpot City
have paid Netflip and Netflip has been instructed to pay nmjg12 immediately.

For the following casinos, it appears that nmjg12 never reached the casino and opened an account via the Netflip website:
Aces High
Orbital Casino

He may have signed up at the casino, but not via the Netflip offer and placement and therefore does not qualify as a Netflip user.

For Capital Casino, a rather unique situation exists. He did open an account with this casino via the Netflip offer. This was however the 2nd account that he had with this casino, so this account was closed. This happened before he purchased on this account. If he purchased on the original account that he opened (not from Netflip), he would not qualify for the Netflip reward, firstly because he did not come from Netflip and secondly, because he was not a new user and therefore did not qualify.

Also concerning the "teenager" clause in Netflips T&Cs. It turns out if you are a teenager using Netflip, you can not view the areas that have the casino banner ads.

I CHECKED THEIR SITE AND THEY HAVE GIVEN CREDIT FOR LUCKY NUGGET 30 AND SHOWDOWN 30 ONLY, AND THESE WERE OFFERED AT 32 EACH.I AM STILL OWED 83 DOLLARS 7 MONTHS LATE. SHOULD ANYONE DEAL WITH THEM IN ACCEPTING CSINO OFFERS, I THINK NOT. HOPEFULLY, I JUST POSTED AN EXPLANATION OF THE FEW THAT DENY OWING ANYTHING, THOSE CASINO'S ARE MISTAKEN.
